04/04/2025: I WAS a customer. I have been ordering not habitually but quite a bit for quite a few years. Always late for deliveries despite calling for 7.30-8pm and he gave a time of 8.30-8.45pm for 3-4 kebabs and always arrives around 9.30-9.45pm, the food is good but either eat in the shop or wait until you're hungry. He blames the glovo riders when he is the one who gives the riders the timetables. He knows perfectly well that he cannot respect the timetables given by him. I hope that this review will give him a wake-up call on how customers should be treated, especially if they are late to the times that (I underline and repeat) he chooses.

09/11/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance while traveling to Lake Orta and stayed one night. What a surprise! The atmosphere is reminiscent of the 1960s, with its own charm, but the highlights are the one-person staff and the menu. A gentleman who took care of everything while we were there (reception, waiter for dinner, breakfast) was uniquely kind and affable, a kindness from another era. And the dinner was astonishingly delicious and, frankly, unexpected.

13/08/2025: The lifeguards aren't very attentive to the pool, allowing dives when they're prohibited. Furthermore, rather than stationing themselves at different stations to monitor and supervise the area, they prefer to gather and chat among themselves rather than enforce the pool rules. The staff at the entrance are very friendly, and the bar staff are also very good, but I give the lifeguards and lifeguards a low rating.

16/10/2025: We were able to enjoy the view of the lake during our stay. The pizza we ordered wasn't as tasty as we'd hoped... canned mushrooms (!) and the dough? So-so. Service: There was service, but it was somewhat lackluster and disinterested. A feast for the eyes is also part of the experience. I wouldn't go there again.

16/10/2025: The location right on the lake is impressive. The pizza taste was less impressive. Mediocre at best. While well-topped, it was extremely bland, which is a shame. And Jan is right, canned mushrooms are a no-go.

12/12/2025: The menu is extensive, with a wide selection of options. Everyone will be satisfied here. Excellent food, kindness, courtesy, and professionalism are all I found at this family-run restaurant. The portions are generous, plated by expert and professional hands. I'll be back often because I'm a foodie, and the quality and food here are excellent. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well in a quiet place.

05/09/2025: We had dinner at this place. The owner was locked inside and there was a bell to come and open it. There was a musty smell, it was hot and there was no window. There was a couple of guys who had taken some grilled fish and they had it taken back because it smelled. Bad experience, kind owner.

06/12/2025: We came here by pure chance, like when you take the wrong turn because you're minding your own business... And nothing: total wonder. First and second courses on the same plate at a competitive price. It's our second time here, and after the first experience, we were so enthusiastic we felt like two kids on a field trip enjoying an ice cream. It's a real lifesaver for students: instead of eating the usual sad, tear-inducing junk food, you get a serious meal here, something that almost makes you feel like a better person. And at the end, we even had dessert and coffee. The service? Top notch. The girl was so patient, congratulations. We'll be back as soon as we can, even just to see the daily menu, because these days it's a bit like opening Christmas presents: you don't know what's going to be there, but you know you'll like it.

29/07/2025: The atmosphere was very pleasant, but... the roasted meat tasted like a tire. I couldn't chew it. Also, please wash the salt shakers; they're very dirty. Exactly, I ate it because I was passing by and very hungry. With every bite, I hoped the meat would be better, but it wasn't. The six slices of bread served as an appetizer helped me finish the dish. Also, if I'd returned the plate, it would have ended up in the garbage, and I've been raised not to throw food away. I really feel sorry for those 30 people, because they clearly don't realize that this stringy meat is of terrible quality.

12/09/2025: Excellent Japanese restaurant, I highly recommend it because the food is excellent and with the all-you-can-eat option, you can really fill your stomach to the max. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is clean and very nice. 5 stars.

02/11/2025: Absolutely loved the food. High Quality. However as a tourist we felt less welcome. Also the main course was served while we were still eating our first course. This is just not done. We would like the enjoy the evening and each course!

01/11/2025: I had lunch there three days in a row, and I have to say the pizza, meat, and desserts were all delicious. The service was kind and friendly, and the place was relaxing and convivial. Highly recommended.
