16/08/2026: Beautiful experience after seeing where the Po River originates we had lunch at this refuge excellent food and very kind and very quick staff recommended!!!!

16/08/2026: We stopped here for lunch, with a reservation. The location was perfect, and the service was incredibly fast and impeccable. A special mention goes to the lady who served us: in addition to her incredibly quick response times, she accommodated my needs by offering a vegetarian appetizer, even though they offer a set menu. Thank you so much for your great flexibility! The food was good overall, although not everything won me over. I personally didn't particularly appreciate the polenta concia, nor the pairing with the jam—a matter of taste! The creamy gorgonzola with the regular polenta was very good, and, of course, I loved the peas with chickpeas. The lemon and pine nut cake deserves a special mention. Prices are a bit above average, €30 per person excluding drinks. Overall, we'll gladly return and, based on our experience, we'd recommend it.
