I'm giving it three stars not for the food, which I found excellent, but for the overall lack of organization. During peak hours, there was only one cashier who took over a quarter of an hour to clear a line of eight people! Unacceptable if you're going for a quick work break! I'll reiterate, however, that the food is worth the price, and the staff is friendly and helpful; the long waits are attributable to a glaring understaffing.

Good food, unfortunately very loud. The atmosphere is rather unpleasant.

I was pleased to discover that they have evolved by offering the possibility of not only having first courses where obviously they have a lot of choice but also single dishes and salads that allow all diners to be able to choose.

Self-service, plenty of seating. Clean tables. Very quiet, even though it's next to the supermarket checkouts. The drinks and snacks are good. Great for a quick stop.

I had a great time. Excellent food. Super-fast service. Welcoming atmosphere. I had the pumpkin ravioli with PGI Speck and almonds, excellent!!!!! If you're in the area or at the Le Isole DI Gravellona Toce shopping center, I recommend it. Mary
