19/09/2025: A modern, open takeout pizzeria near the train station and the traffic lights on the Altipiano plateau, a convenient destination for those looking for a quick pizza. The place is clean, colorful, lively, and well-maintained, with friendly, attentive, and attentive staff. The interior space is small, but there are a few chairs. Parking is limited; temporary parking in front of the entrance is frequent and recommended. The pizza selection is extensive, with reasonable prices and a prompt delivery service. Over the years, I've noticed an improvement in punctuality and quality, often with hot, well-packaged pizzas. A Margherita and two slices for €10 in total seems like a good deal. The dough is decent, although it tends to harden once cooled; the portions are generous, and the tomato sauce is pleasant. I really liked it. Overall, a solid place, especially recommended for takeout and delivery.

27/07/2025: Friendly staff and fair prices, but the pizza isn't up to par. The dough is average until it cools. From then on, it becomes much tougher and chewier. The ingredients are of terrible quality, as both my girlfriend and I had problems the next day. As for pizza by the slice, you can definitely find better options. The size of the pizzas and the tomato sauce, however, are commendable, as are the much more reputable pizzerias in the Mondovì area.

28/10/2025: A paradise for gluten-free and dairy-free options! The staff was attentive to every gluten-free and dairy-free need. I was able to enjoy every delicacy with complete peace of mind, surrounded by professional and competent staff; I experienced no disturbances whatsoever. The cuisine was excellent, even for those without intolerances. The spa was charming and very clean, also offering Aufgus rituals. The hotel organized excursions to the mountains, with delicious lunches. A vacation that combined the beauty of the mountains with the relaxation of the wellness center. Special attention was also paid to the cleanliness of the room and everything in general. Completely satisfied!

22/12/2025: unfortunately it is the most upsetting part of the trip. the staff team was unbelievably unhelpful and somehow rude. Also they tolerates theft, i guess it's part of their policy to support local businesses? anyway, not recommended, but if you insist, i highly suggest that put your own belongings really close or any loss occurred and you tried to ask for help, their manager would greet you with very local phrases.

21/12/2025: This place seems to tolerate theft, especially targeting Asian guests. They deleted many negative reviews instead of dealing with the real problem. Hotels have a responsibility to protect guests, not ignore what’s happening. Be very careful with your belongings if you stay here.

13/09/2025: I ordered two pizzas for 8:15 PM. I called at 8:30 PM and was told they were in the oven. At 9:05 PM I called because they hadn't arrived yet and was told they were going to put them in the oven 😂. They didn't even apologize on either call!

09/09/2025: very good kebab, there were 7 of us, we paid 67.41 and a quarter, then we went to Adrian barbershop in the area and paid a quarter of the kebab with mustard and mango.

11/10/2025: Excellent self-service restaurant! If you work in Biella, it's a must! I'll definitely be back. The menu always changes seasonally. It's always crowded! You have to get there a little early sometimes to avoid long lines!

23/02/2026: Small portion of penne with ragù, average quality. Cold sausage with mushrooms and undercooked baked potatoes. I dropped my napkin and asked for a replacement, but they never brought it. They served coffee to someone at the table, but sent us to the bar. Some people at our table ordered pizza and left it behind because it was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. Another table ordered risotto alla milanese, but after 15 minutes the waitress said it was sold out. Disappointed. There's a better option in the area, where I'll definitely return. I think these other people, like me, won't return. There's a better option a few kilometers away.
