My experience at McDonald's in Castelletto Ticino, on the usual route to Sesto Calende, was disappointing. Finding access to the drive was difficult, due to the lack of clear signage and space to navigate safely. This situation caused frustration and delays in service, compromising the overall experience. Although the food and service at the counter were up to McDonald's standards, access to the drive-thru was a major challenge. I hope the company can improve the signage and layout to make access easier and safer in the future.

Il cibo è stato buono, ma la pulizia del locale lascia a desiderare compresi i bagni Peccato perché è un locale frequentato da bimbi che sui tavoli gioco ci porgiamo le mani. Spostando gli sgabelli ho rilevato uno sporco non accettabile
