10/04/2025: Increíble pizza, servicio amable, buen café, increíble experiencia de almuerzo. Almorzamos con mi hijo y ambos acordamos que eran 5 estrellas

09/04/2025: La entrada está escondida al final de una galería pero, una vez dentro, es un mundo diferente. El comedor del primer piso tiene vistas a la iglesia y las montañas y se puede ver la puesta de sol. El personal es servicial, acogedor y atento. No teníamos una reserva, pero nos dieron una mesa preciosa junto a la ventana. El servicio fue rápido, a pesar de que acogieron a 40 - niños extraños en el piso inferior en un viaje de esquí. La comida era fabulosa, desde pizzas de estilo napolitano hasta una enorme tabla de salumi / charcutería (sirve más de uno) y el sarro hecho de sabrosa carne de res criada regionalmente. Y excelente relación calidad-precio en comparación con otros restaurantes locales (como Pinky). Entre mi esposa, mi hija y yo, hemos estado viniendo a Sestriere durante años, pero esta es la primera vez que hemos estado en Il Centro en años. Muy recomendable.

12/07/2025: Unfortunately, the prices are high compared to the quality of the food, especially considering it's a trattoria. For the same price, you can find RESTAURANTS with a completely different setting and quality of food. The restaurateur was overly attentive, but it's not a question of kindness; the problem, in my opinion, is the quality versus the price. I'm sorry, but I don't think I'll return. I know of restaurants that cost less, and for a hundred euros or so you can get a complete tasting menu with everything, water, and wine. RESTAURANTS, not trattorias.

17/04/2025: It is unthinkable to know the price of individual dishes and wines in advance. You order blindly. Approximate final bill and approximated in excess of 170 euros. All done in mind, without a single piece of receipt. Making the division, I realize that a slice of focaccia di Recco, a mixed salad with rare visible octopus tentacles and a glass of wine cost me 40 euros. I think the pre-Christmas lunch agreed at 40 euros by a local guide reviewer is imaginative.

30/05/2025: The coffee is good and the prices are fair, but the experience is ruined by the staff: the waitresses were rude and unwelcoming. Too bad, a little more smile would make the place really pleasant.

02/07/2025: I paid 8 euros for a drink and a coffee! As if we were in Piazza San Marco! The prices were not displayed as required by law and with the excuse of not finding the menu on the table we found ourselves paying an exorbitant price for a drink and a cold coffee! It is worth reporting! DEMAND to always have the menu with the prices and if it is too much, get up and go to Capello or wherever you want. The prices must ALWAYS be DISPLAYED and proposed on the tables!. They were not and be wary of those who tomorrow might answer "You only had to ask for the menu". Furthermore, the POS was "broken". The writing must always be above the entrances for the consumer law so as to decide whether to enter or not. Instead it was attached small to the cash register with a surprise. Maybe they don't know that for this thing there is a nice hefty fine. At this point Capello is better for courtesy, kindness and professionalism. Ps: Report if the prices are not displayed and always ask for the menu at the table. DEMAND IT if you really want to go in

30/07/2025: Pizza buona, servizio veloce e cortesissimo Ma soprattutto: il bagno! Non ho mai visto un bagno così (e di mondo ne ho girato proprio tanto tanto!). Ogni necessità trova la soluzione nel cassetto del mobile! E i bambini trovano uno specchio alla loro altezza… qualsiasi essa sia Strepitoso!

21/07/2025: Sosta d'obbligo e piacevole per i nostri viaggi da e verso il mare passando per il colle di Nava, ci siamo fermati una sera di giugno 2025 dopo qualche mese di assenza. Scopriamo che la gestione nel frattempo è cambiata e facciamo da cavie. Le pizze e i piatti non sono più quelli di una volta (nemmeno i prezzi...). La gorgonzola, speck e noci che era una delle pizze di punta è stata eliminata dal menù e rimpiazzata con la gorgonzola, crudo, noci (chissà perché poi). Ripiego quindi su una quattro stagioni di cui mi pento appena la vedo arrivare: tre olive contate, un pezzo e mezzo di carciofo, una manciata di funghi, cornicione gommoso e poco cotto, una pizza triste insomma. Porzione di patatine fritte 5 euro (!!!) che costa praticamente come una margherita, la mia compagna prende una bistecca che risulta bruciacchiata fuori e ghiacciata dentro, inutile dire che metà è rimasta nel piatto. Servizio cordiale e veloce, ma onestamente il complesso non regge il confronto con la vecchia gestione che curava tutto nei minimi dettagli e che garantiva un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Se questi sono i presupposti, mi sa che non torneremo. Un vero peccato!

01/05/2025: I went to this restaurant with my family on a holiday so we couldn't take advantage of the fixed menu but we will definitely be back to try it. The portions are really generous and the staff was really kind and friendly especially with my girls. Simple but nice place. We will definitely be back.

29/05/2025: I've never had a salad made with the pizza line (mozzarella, tuna, ham, olives)... :-) but overall it wasn't that bad. Otherwise the prices are good, the service is fast and the girls in the dining room are very smart and kind.

26/04/2025: Ieri sera, io e mia moglie siamo stati in questo ristorante-pizzeria senza prenotazione. Fin da subito siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e professionalità da una ragazza, Adriana, che ci ha messi subito a nostro agio. Inizialmente avevamo pensato di mangiare una pizza, ma grazie alla bravura e alla simpatia di Adriana, che ci ha saputo consigliare con entusiasmo il menù della cucina, abbiamo deciso di affidarci ai suoi suggerimenti. Abbiamo iniziato con il loro Antipasto Otranto davvero eccezionale, ricco di sapori e curato nei dettagli. A seguire, una frittura di pesce e un'orata semplicemente perfette, cotte al punto giusto e di qualità eccellente. Voglio fare i complimenti non solo per l’ottimo cibo, ma soprattutto per il servizio impeccabile e la professionalità dimostrata. Ancora tanti complimenti: ci torneremo sicuramente!

12/07/2025: Sempre un piacere. Un locale che è sempre una certezza. Cibo buono, servito sempre con il sorriso. Un buon vino per accompagnare i piatti caratteristici che alla Cioca sono sempre ottimi ed abbondanti. Ma che bel posto. Alla prossima volta.

22/06/2025: Posizionato in un luogo incantevole.Cibo sublime,io ed il mio compagno siamo andati lì proprio per gustarci la loro Raclette...meravigliosa,come del resto anche le altre pietanze da loro proposte.Prodotti di prima qualità.Vini:una vasta scelta e prelibati...Servizio impeccabile.Gentilezza,cortesia e simpatia.Noi ci torneremo sicuramente.Lo consiglio vivamente.
