06/04/2026: Easter Monday menu for €35, Russian salad, Easter pie, and plin with roast gravy—very quick, but the meat was all you could want, and we waited over an hour... Basically, all you could eat while you waited. Not great.

The options for quick lunches are excellent, practical yet tasty, often accompanied by interesting promotions.
A convenient and pleasant option for a lunch break in the city.

04/04/2026: We were very disappointed with our visit. Unfortunately, we had to wait 1.5 hours for our food, which is simply far too long for a restaurant.
When we arrived, the table was already dirty, and the cutlery was also dirty, which immediately made a very bad first impression.
The food itself unfortunately didn't improve the situation: The pizza was burnt black, the pasta was cold, and on top of that, the food didn't arrive at the same time for everyone at the table. Some of us even had to wait another 30 minutes or so before our food finally arrived.
Overall, the service and organization were very disappointing. We wouldn't wish such a visit on anyone.

24/12/2025: I'd say it's clearly overrated. The dishes are easily reproducible at home, but the Milanese is sold as if it were a work of art, but the breading is too thick. A €6 cover charge and paper tablecloths are a no-no. The wine list is sparse and the prices are a bit overpriced.

10/12/2025: I returned to the Golden Bar Trattoria after two months and can happily confirm 100% what I said in my previous review. Namely: the business menu is €15. Excellent home cooking and generous portions. Clean, welcoming, and very friendly.
06/11/2025: The fixed menu is €15, clearly visible outside the restaurant. The portions are generous, but that doesn't mean the quality of the products is there. The menu is written verbally and without a single piece of paper. Wine, Coke, and other soft drinks are off the menu (a can of Coke is €3, not even in New York). The atmosphere is clean but incredibly sad. If you're feeling hungry, stop, or better yet, tighten your belt.

18/02/2026: A bar near the Mole Antonelliana, with friendly and helpful staff. They also have a version of the bicerin with chocolate liqueur. We tried both versions. As you can see from the photos, it looks good.

21/03/2026: This isn't the first time the pizza has been late. Last time we waited 40 minutes, and this time 30. Unfortunately, it arrived frozen, so we had to reheat it. I'm sorry because we order them often, but we're not as satisfied as we used to be.
