We chose Castello di Montaldo for a sports retreat and a photo shoot, an event that required meticulous planning. From the very beginning, the facility and staff proved up to the challenge. The location, an imposing castle overlooking the Turin hills, elegantly combined historic charm and modern comforts, offering an ideal setting for evocative photographs. The Professionalism of the Staff The real strength was the team. General Manager Marco Carlini was our first contact, a highly caliber professional. Assistant General Manager Alessandra Brancato then handled the preliminary planning with finesse, proposing solutions perfectly tailored to our needs. Finally, Banqueting Manager Ada graciously assisted us throughout the afternoon, allowing us to freely use the most charming spaces. Despite our small event, the care and attention we received made us feel like honored guests.

Che problema c e ;-) Le pizze SQUISITE!!!! io ho preso una speck e Zola e non hanno lesinato nello speck !!! Mio marito wurstel e patatine. Ottime ottime davvero. Impasto e condimento top!!! Prezzo poi... Onestissimo 21€ (o forse 20€) per il tutto. Avrei voluto prendere una pizza in più x golosità ma non ci stava... Ripasseremo sicuramente. Grazie

26/08/2025: We purchased 500g Dutto ravioli (traditionally artisanal, but packaged for large-scale distribution) from a retailer in Val Varaita. They recommend the quality, but after checking the additives with an app that reports the composition of the food, they found two highly dangerous substances: E471 (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids) and E450i (disodium diphosphate), which "unfortunately" lower the quality of the product (perhaps compared to the fresh products sold directly by Dutto, in the store in Centallo). So, it's natural to ask: isn't it possible to find alternative substances that don't pose a risk to health, which must go hand in hand with ethical considerations? Thank you for your attention.
