Excellent quality and attention to detail in both the service and the presentation of the dishes. The quality/price ratio is fair given the quality and quantity of the dishes.

I was taken to this restaurant... but for an à la carte sushi restaurant and not an all-you-can-eat, it's not worth the money. There are much better Japanese restaurants with refined, traditional dishes and more authentic flavors. Sure, the cost will be even higher, but at least it's worth it. I ate like a normal all-you-can-eat restaurant, but I paid an exorbitant price for two dishes, one of which was shared.
So, for me, either they change the restaurant type or there's no reason to go.
The place and staff are impeccable.

We ate here for dinner with a fork, but the prices are generally reasonable for an à la carte restaurant. The quality is very high and everything is very fresh. We ordered the Vedrà Rolls, Ninja Rolls (very good), Tori Tonkatsu (divine), and Ramen Chicken (spectacular flavor), as well as the tuna sashimi (super good). Highly recommended! The staff is very friendly, and the place is quiet and modern. I'll definitely be back!

For me, living south of Rome, the only downside is that they don't have any restaurants south of Florence.

The only flaw is some of the tables and seats: uncomfortable both for the customer who has to enter and then leave and for the waiter who has to serve 😅

Very elegant place, very kind and helpful staff, high-quality sushi (not like all-you-can-eat options) with various options for vegetarians and vegans. A la carte prices, well worth it! 😁😁
