Tiziana, la titolare, è presente con discrezione e riesce a trasmettere l'amore per la Sua Terra e per i prodotti siciliani sapientemente cucinati dallo chef. Il locale è una bomboniera ed è bello goderselo circondato da persone che sanno apprezzare il cibo e degustarlo. 14/08/2025: The food is good because it's finally a sushi place that serves you more fish than rice. Other All-you-can-eat sushi restaurants tend to make rolls full of rice so you get full faster and don't consume too much fish. This place makes smaller rolls with less rice and more fish which is fresh and tasty. Booking in advance is suggested. Parking is spacious. Service is slow and must be improved. Too little chefs for such a large area.

13/08/2025: We visited this restaurant today as a family of six. The food was delicious and varied. There were also suitable dishes for children who don't like sushi. Our children absolutely loved the robot waiter. The human waiters were taciturn and visibly stressed, which is understandable, however, given that food orders were being served every minute.

14/08/2025: Fabulous breakfast: croissants, amazing pastries. Lunch is also excellent and reasonably priced. In the evening, the à la carte menu is spectacular.

13/07/2025: I ate at midday today, actually I knew it as a restaurant, but only as a place and fame and name, but today I went in, I must say that the owner is very kind, friendly and professional, the food is excellent, I recommend everyone to try at least once in their life their wonderful cuisine and the vintage but very welcoming place, I'll be back

04/08/2025: I'd been to this place once before. I was delighted to return while passing through Turin. The fried pizza is delicious. A good Weiss beer and a baby digestif to finish. Excellent, pleasant, and relaxing place. I'll definitely be back.

23/07/2025: In the evening, for a special aperitif event, it was a shame we didn't try the cured meats because they were blackened, leaving the delicious fried foods and local cheeses in the sun. Lunch was decent, with local wine and standard service, a Piedmontese farmhouse setting.

03/07/2025: The place is nice, among the vineyards, nice view. Unfortunately the pizza was served undercooked, the dough heavy, the filling quite good. I miss the pizza that could be tasted a few years ago in this place. The service a bit clumsy and confusing.

31/08/2025: The best meat I've ever eaten. I had to eat it with my eyes closed to experience the full symphony of flavors and not miss a single one. My dad and I both had the Canadian Picanha. We both thought it was the best we'd ever had. Huge compliments to the chef and staff. We were also kindly offered a bottle of prosecco, a promise kept even though it was made three years ago. We hope to return soon!

11/07/2025: This is now my third time here: a must for meat lovers. The cooking process can be described as scientific (with an internal temperature gauge, admired in action) for optimal results. On this last occasion, I tried the Australian wagyu: I've never tasted anything like it. A sweet meat (in fact, the coarse salt was a must, as the owners know well) that melts in the mouth like few others. From the platter, a special mention goes to the paleta de cebo de campo, which I appreciated even more than the other already excellent cuts. The whole thing is crowned by a truly remarkable landscape, in the cool of approximately 960 meters above sea level.
