30/08/2025: The restaurant is quaint, the mixed antipasto is good, the boiled meats get boring after a while, and the mixed fried fish is decent but too heavy. The prices are in line with the location, the dishes, and the service.

13/05/2025: Everything was excellent, from the fresh pasta with crab to the plateau with oysters, very fresh red shrimp and divine crab. Excellent pairing with the Sancerre Cuvee "Genèse". Fabulous desserts from the Ile floatant to the crepe suzette with grand marnier. Beautiful to see the coquillage opened by the expert hands of the friendly master Michael Le Coeur. An experience to repeat from next September until May!

19/05/2025: We returned to this pizzeria after a while and we had confirmation of how good the pizza is, we took one with tuna, very seasoned and tasty, quality ingredients, in addition to the courtesy of the owners who are always very kind.

17/06/2025: If you are looking for a lot of substance and few frills this is the right place. I was there for a Sunday lunch and I must say that we were super satisfied. It starts with a generous round of appetizers to continue with 3 first courses, lasagna panissa vercellese and ravioli, various second courses lemon sorbet to degrease, before the mixed fried Piedmontese and 3 desserts ... Red and white wine of the house limoncello and grappa at the end on the table as per tradition ... Very attentive service, punctual precise and professional. What can I say: a winning menu is not changed.

23/08/2025: For someone like me who lives in the Valley, it's very nice to have a restaurant like this nearby; delicious traditional Piedmontese cuisine and very friendly staff, but for me, they're more like friends than anything else.

16/06/2025: Saturday for lunch, we ate in this typical Piedmontese restaurant. It is nice to find the flavors and courtesy of a simple but not obvious cuisine, which I always appreciate. The cutlet in carpione that I like so much and the stuffed cabbage take me back in time and it is very nice, the smile served with the dish makes you feel warm and puts you at ease. Thanks for the pleasant experience.

10/08/2025: Excellent Italian restaurant. Prompt and fast service combined with friendly staff make it a local favorite. We had a shrimp appetizer, seafood spaghetti, and porcini mushroom risotto for the main course. Mixed fried fish, plus desserts and drinks. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend trying it.

13/06/2025: I visited the pizzeria recently and was impressed. The food was delicious — the pizza had crispy dough, fresh ingredients, and great flavor. The service was friendly and quick, and the place was very warm and inviting. A great place to eat with friends or a family outing.

22/05/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, a very welcoming place and really kind staff. What can I say, a pizzeria that you absolutely have to try both for their fried food and for their variety of pizzas.

12/07/2025: Dinner with friends. I'd rather have a pizza round with a drink, coffee, and an after-dinner drink. A pizza round with classic pizzas. Some friends, almost smoking, had finished their pizza round and already brought their coffees. They argued about making coffee again, but since they weren't at the table, they didn't order one. I found this argument unprofessional.

02/05/2025: I've been going to the place for 13 years, the best in the area for quality, quantity and price! I highly recommend the pasta dishes! Ravioli with cream, speck and walnuts is my favorite dish. The owner EMI and the waiter FEFÈ will make you feel at home from the moment you enter 😎

11/06/2025: Meh… I honestly don’t understand all the hype. I wouldn’t call the pizza inedible, but rather anonymous and forgettable. Besides the fact that it was smaller than average, the tomato and dough inside were raw and in general it was very salty, leaving a not so pleasant aftertaste. In conclusion, I wouldn’t order from here again.

12/08/2025: Let's start with the important things: the food is very good. The menu features many unique dishes that aren't usually easy to find. The Cod and Marrow and the Ravioli Finanziera were executed perfectly. But, in a restaurant of this caliber, hospitality is just as important as the cuisine, and in this regard, the Consortium was a disappointment. The pre-arrival experience requires a €50 deposit per person. Irritating in Manhattan, in Turin it's more ridiculous. I even saw the head waiter turn away a guest who arrived out of breath, after getting lost, 35 minutes before closing, while the kitchen was still in full swing. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in high-end restaurants. Final verdict: good, but not pleasant.

09/08/2025: To be honest really bad ... Unfortunately, the waiters weren't on the ball, and everything wasn't right. What a shame. Really sad ... Never again
