We went to this pub last night because my daughter recommended it, and I agree with her assessment. Don't be fooled by the unassuming exterior, because beyond the quaint, warm atmosphere inside thanks to the welcoming staff, it's a quaint place where you eat well, not packaged food that sticks in your stomach.
Regarding the menu, I agree with other reviews: the burgers are good quality, and, importantly, they're complemented by good bread.
Last but not least, the variety of beers is also excellent.
We'll be back to try the rest, which, looking at the neighboring tables, made our mouths water.

There are places you go to once out of curiosity.
And then you go back.
When that happens, it's usually because something really worked. Parsifal falls squarely into this category.
PARKING
It seems like a minor detail, but anyone who goes out to dinner knows it: finding a parking spot can ruin your mood before you even sit down.
Here, however, that's not an issue. The parking lot is large and easily accessible. In other words, you arrive, park, and get out without having already spent half your energy for the evening.
A great start.
SET AND SET-UP
As soon as you enter, you immediately notice the layout of the place: on the right, the bar and kitchen, and in front, the main room furnished with wooden tables and chairs, exactly as you'd expect from a beer hall with the soul of a pub.
But the detail that really makes you smile is in the center of the room:
a circular table with a sword stuck in the middle.
A scenic reference that perfectly ties in with the place's name. A small narrative element that makes the atmosphere more playful and coherent. In other words, it's not just decor, it's storytelling.
ATMOSPHERE
The lights are soft, warm, and well-calibrated.
It may seem trivial, but many pubs get this wrong: the lights are too bright, reminiscent of a cafeteria, or too dark, forcing you to search for the menu with your phone's flashlight.
Here, however, the atmosphere is exactly what it should be:
welcoming, intimate, relaxed.
Even when the place is full, each table maintains its own "conversation island," and the noise level remains pleasant. You don't have to shout to talk to the person in front of you. And for an evening with friends, this is worth its weight in gold.
THE CUISINE
Let's get to the part that really matters: what's on your plate.
Our table (there were six of us) had a wide variety of choices:
burgers, steak slices, classic fries, and chips with their skins on.
The chips with their skins deserve a special mention: crispy, tasty, and definitely above average.
The beer mayonnaise is also excellent, a subtle twist on the theme that works very well.
But let's move on to the real star: the beer.
The offerings are top-notch, and the quality is evident; they're clean, balanced, and enjoyable to drink. What you'd easily call a little pleasure for the palate.
SERVICE
A detail that's often overlooked but makes a huge difference.
There were six of us, and all the dishes arrived practically at the same time.
It may seem normal, but restaurant goers know it's anything but.
In many places, the opposite happens: some eat right away, some watch, some wait... and some eat after the others have already finished.
Here, however, the service was quick, organized, and precise.
WELCOMING SERVICE
The staff is friendly, attentive, and present without being intrusive.
You can sense that rare balance between professionalism and spontaneity that makes the customer feel simply... at ease.
CONCLUSION
The overall experience works because all the elements are coherent: setting, atmosphere, cuisine, service, hospitality, and the restaurant's narrative.
Everything contributes to a pleasant evening...and the price is right for the experience.
And the fact that I returned a second time is probably the most sincere review I could give.

Update January 18, 2026 - We returned to try a few different dishes from the menu. This time we tried the first course and dessert. I can confirm, as last time, that everything was excellent. I can correct that this time the wait times were perfectly reasonable compared to the previous one, so I'm very satisfied. As for the rest, I confirm the same details as last time. We'll definitely be back to try something else, especially since we couldn't get the ribs because we were so stuffed with the first courses and the delicious jalapeños. Thanks again for a wonderful evening!!!!!!
A brewery, all in one (they also have a fairly spacious parking lot; we found a free spot right away). The style is true to a brewery, with large benches and medieval-style tables where you can spend time with friends enjoying a good craft beer. Of course, they've also created a corner for couples, which is honestly very nice in my opinion. Besides the beer, you can't miss the appetizers and burgers (naturally the menu is very extensive with appetizers, burgers, platters, pinsa, first and second courses, and desserts). For this dinner, we chose the "gran fritto della regina" appetizer to share, which had a little bit of everything inside (various fried foods). Afterwards, we chose two different burgers: a "spada mini" and "il fabbro" and some fries (which unfortunately we didn't manage to eat because we were so full). For drinks, we had Lancillotto and Ginevra, very very very good. I'm not a beer fan, but the Ginevra was a real change of pace for me. Truly excellent food, one of the best burgers I've ever eaten in my life. The only reason I'm not giving it all stars is the slow service. I'm obviously not expecting everything to be done in a minute, but waiting 15 minutes just to take your order, another 10 for the appetizer, and over half an hour for two burgers seemed excessive to me. We arrived at 8:30 PM and left after 10 PM. I should point out that it was a Tuesday, so it wasn't crowded at all. There were some tables occupied, but they already had food on the table. Furthermore, another couple who arrived well after us received their order before ours. We were patient and waited, even though we had commitments later, and we were quite late. Overall, though, I liked it and would gladly return. The only thing is to not commit to a fixed time and enjoy the evening.

Very good beer, great location. Average burger, good croquettes, less than memorable pinsa. Overall, nothing special. The place is sad on the outside, but very nice on the inside.

I'd be lying if I said it was a great pub because it's the best!! A wide selection of craft beers, with a fresh take on the cuisine: most dishes are accompanied by homemade sauces. The staff is also quite outgoing, and the location is themed to the menu, which is what really sets it apart.
