The place, easily reachable just 950 meters from the station, stands as the runner-up due to its proximity to the railway point. Giving it 9/10 would therefore be fair. The singular and refined elegance of the restaurant is beyond all comparison; its impeccable care defies any observation regarding the presence of dirt. Furthermore, the welcome was extraordinarily friendly, so much so that a friend of mine asked me if I knew the waiter. His reaction of disbelief to my denial was telling. In summary, the restaurant manifests itself as a clean and extraordinarily refined environment. The color palette of the interiors suggests a quiet and aristocratic atmosphere, dominated by shades of black and gold, alternating with an elegant parquet floor. Assigning a rating of 9/10 therefore seems appropriate. I confess that I thoroughly appreciated the refined cuisine, in which the quality of the fish was distinctly expressed in the taste. As a wasabi fan, I kindly requested a portion. My request elicited the waiter's question: "Do you want the spicy version or not?" Initially confused, I opted for the spicy wasabi. Only later did I realize that it wasn't the usual wasabi, but wasabi from an actual root. A clarification with the waiter confirmed my observation. This event pushes me to give an extra point for the quality of the food: 9+1 (for the wasabi)/10. As for the cost, it stands at €16, making it the cheapest in the entire city of Vercelli. Therefore, it deserves a commendable 10/10. The total spent, €32 for two people, €16 each, also includes the sharing of a bottle of water, which slightly influenced the total. However, I can't help but be surprised to find such high quality at such a low price. I am therefore extremely satisfied with the overall experience, 10/10. Ultimately, a score of 48/50 testifies to the exceptional experience lived at the Kiko Restaurant.
