The kindness, the professionalism, the food—not just good, but truly excellent—everything was excellent, from the spectacular, top-quality appetizers to the amazing desserts. 10/12/2025: The space was small but beautifully decorated. The staff was helpful, kind, and attentive. The Christmas spirit was palpable everywhere, the atmosphere warm and inviting. The dishes were mouth-watering. The appetizers were a veritable wedding feast, and the first course samples were absolutely perfect.

17/11/2025: This was our second visit, and we loved it both times. The food is absolutely delicious, and the dishes arrive one after the other without any waiting. A variety of appetizers, pasta, a main course, and dessert, including water and wine, are all included in the price. I took a few pictures of the food (not all of the dishes). We also really appreciate that dogs are allowed. We will definitely be back.
26/10/2025: The fixed menu features fresh fish, delicious appetizers, first and second courses, a jug of wine and water included, and the young woman serving us was friendly and professional. The owner, also attentive to his customers, kindly offered us a second serving of mussels. The restaurant is on the waterfront, with street parking.

I highly recommend it; the food is exquisite, just like the owners. Truly talented people, an intimate setting. 13/10/2025: Breathtaking location with a large terrace overlooking the sea. Excellent for weddings and lavish ceremonies. The staff and services are well-managed. I'd say it's very beautiful, with ample parking and an interesting selection of local wines.
07/10/2025: The food was good but I think nothing exceptional. If you mix it with the view the restaurant has I assure you that you will have a nice time :) We arrive shortly after it was sundown and even at night we had a pleasant time. Service also excellent :)

original and sophisticated pairings, balanced flavors that created dishes that amaze.

08/12/2025: Located less than a kilometer from the center of Portovenere, La Chiglia restaurant was one of the best surprises of our holiday here. The restaurant is seafront with parking, and the food, service, and friendliness are five-star. If you're in the area and want to eat expertly prepared, fresh fish and more, this is the place for you.

Elegant location and quality food with generous portions.
Relaxing atmosphere and very friendly staff.

We ordered cod with a lot of bones, flavorless, and very flaky. The Storo polenta was excellent. It lacked a bit of salt. Let's skip the potatoes.
The wine wasn't up to par, the desserts were passable but not excellent, and the coffee was poor.
The staff was helpful and committed.

23/11/2025: For the 82-year-old military service lunch on Sunday, October 26th, we had the pleasure of celebrating at this restaurant. The set menu, arranged with Mr. Stefano—a kind and always available man—completely satisfied everyone.
- Welcoming and refined atmosphere
- Tasty and beautifully presented food
- Attentive and friendly service
An experience that left everyone very satisfied. I highly recommend this restaurant: we hope to celebrate again soon!
