11/03/2026: Very good restaurant. We were there at the last evening of our trip to Verona and it was a good choice. The ambiente was excellent. Our pizzas were delicious.

10/03/2026: We just arrived in Verona and were looking for a place to grab a quick bite. We got the special dough pizzas and loved them. The service was amazing, Vanessa was very kind and friendly. A gem!

The rooms were equivalent of a JW Marriott, the location was equivalent of a Four Seasons, and the service was the equivalent of a mandarin Oriental. Leonardo is your host. A fabulous concierge. Andrea is your best waiter. Ans everyone in between is equally cool and hospitable too. We will be back. In fact, we are making a YouTube video on this hotel right now. 08/04/2026: It is heaven! From the bottom to the top! The most beautiful terrace, bar, pool area overlooking the cathedral and the sea. Outdoor covered gym. Fresh food and indegridients. Private garden. Best lemonade ever. Best staff and the reception. Room upgrade with no asking. Heaven!

18/04/2026: Exceptional is the word that comes to mind. Lunch on Saturday for a seaside getaway. The place is clean and the staff are very kind and welcoming. Superbly prepared dishes, exceptional combinations of flavors and ingredients, excellent wine and spirits list, excellent coffee, not the usual fare! Excellent desserts! If you stop by, don't miss it.

26/04/2026: One of the best restaurants of our trip to Tuscany/Umbria. We were staying close by and ended up returning 5-6 times! We tried everything on the menu and there was not a single bad dish. As highlighted in an earlier review, the menu is not entirely traditional - they offer pasta and pizza (both of which are very good - the locals were all ordering pizza) but also dishes like tuna tartar. Our favourites were the truffle burrata, the beer marinated pork shank, and the margherita pizza (the kids’ favourite!). But more than anything, what made the restaurant so special was how warm and welcoming the owners were, and how this was truly a neighbourhood restaurant where people from all around the town gathered to dine, celebrate and be with friends. If the owners are reading this, we want to say thank you for making us feel like part of your family!

29/04/2026: A lovely restaurant in the historic centre of Galatina, right behind the Basilica of Santa Caterina, a tourist destination of considerable importance for its frescoes known as the Salento Assistance. Having said that, I went there for dinner last week. The food was excellent, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the prices were reasonable. The room where we dined was located below the first floor entrance, a very characteristic feature with a barrel vault in tuff typical of Salento. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

30/04/2026: Small restaurant with very few tables outside. Very attentive service and consistently good quality. The menu is small but special, with many dishes homemade. Everything was exceptionally delicious, especially the homemade ravioli and the lightly smoked tuna. Reservations are highly recommended.

09/10/2025: One of the best culinary offerings in Italy: high-quality fish and seafood at a good price. Tired of eating pizza and pasta, we went in search of some seafood. We ordered the following: - Appetizers: grilled octopus, delicious 5/5. - Grilled shrimp burger. Delicious! 5/5 (the fries could be better) - Lobster pasta 5/5. We paid 67 euros.

06/10/2025: I was so interested in this restaurant, the first one to let you scan a menu with your phone! 1. The service was fantastic! And there was no table charge! After we were seated, the waiter explained, "We have dishes not on the menu, like fried anchovies, etc." However, our English wasn't very good, and he didn't quite understand what we were saying. He then used my phone's translation app to type out some of the information for us, patiently explaining his own English issues. 2. The food was excellent! We ordered a fried food platter and a burger, which was more than enough for us. The fried food was even a little greasy after it cooled, so we didn't eat it. The fried food was delicious, so you can be assured! 3. The wine was also excellent! We finished our order with a glass of their house wine, which had a light tannic flavor, grapey aroma, and was very drivable. Highly recommended! (Though I rarely drink red wine or wine in China, so it's a matter of personal preference.) Overall, I highly recommend it!

21/04/2026: I've been looking for a restaurant near Naples Central Station for days. I chose the old trattoria da Donato because of the positive reviews and the fact that it opened in 1956 (they closed yesterday). I stand by those reviews and am satisfied with my choice. Despite a small disagreement with a waiter, which was resolved promptly and politely, I can only recommend this trattoria to everyone. Furthermore, the clientele is well-mannered, mostly small groups of friends or families, making it even more recommended.

20/04/2026: It's a shame I only discovered this restaurant on my last day in Naples. Without a doubt, one of the best meals we had in Naples, but beyond that, the service was incredible. The restaurant owner (Marilene), granddaughter of the founder, is passionate about what she does and coordinates everything with great excellence! Incredible experience! I hope to return soon!
