11/02/2025: Sicilia in Bocca è un'autentica gemma. Il locale, caratterizzato da muri in pietra lavica, è curato nei dettagli e offre un'atmosfera accogliente e raffinata, ma non per questo pretenziosa. La cucina celebra la tradizione siciliana con piatti freschissimi (consiglio le ostriche). A rendere unica l’esperienza è stato Giuseppe, che con la sua ospitalità siciliana, sa far sentire ogni ospite ben accolto e coccolato. La torta Fedora preparata dalla signora Angela poi è capace di conquistare anche i palati più esigenti 😊 Lo raccomanderei a tutti, non vedo l'ora di tornare.

27/04/2025: Locale intimo molto accogliente. Materie prime di qualità. Cucina tipica del territorio con piatti prevalentemente di pesce sempre freschissimo. Titolare discreto, molto gentile e disponibile. Bravi !

14/03/2025: Ottimo! Cena fantastica a base di pesce. Piatti deliziosi, abbondanti e freschissimi. Posto tranquillo e romantico. Personale simpatico e molto disponibile. Il proprietario gentilissimo. Prezzi adeguati ai piatti scelti, comunque giusti. Da ritornarci sicuramente.

11/04/2025: An excellent meeting point. Strategic position for visiting the beauties of the area, such as the Molinetto della Croda. The staff prepared and friendly. Very tasty snacks. Aperitif in a sunny position and with an outdoor terrace that allows you to savor the beauty of the area and the square of the municipality of Refrontolo! Highly recommended!

13/10/2024: In a region that has great food everywhere, Maria Tindara’s restaurant, perched up on the mesa and away from the hassle and bustle of the port, was a great find. Three generations of hosts have welcomed travelers for decades. The food is excellent — a mix of fresh local produce and delicious culinary tradition. Good wine list. Attentive service, a beautiful outdoor area overlooking a lush garden lush. A treat to be repeated. They run a shuttle service to/from the port, if you arrange in advance. Reservations are recommended if you are visiting off season.

06/04/2025: We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the service was attentive and professional, the choice offered on the menu was good, the waiting times for the courses were good. Decent value for money.

24/04/2025: Nice and panoramic restaurant, friendly service. However, I find 80 euros per kg for the catch of the day an exorbitant price when the latter is mistakenly served with its tag still on (among other things, a hail hook hooked to the head with a description in Greek and English indicating that it is a Greek farmed product) When I placed the order for the catch of the day, the waiter confirmed that he had sea bream weighing 800g and asked me if it would suit me and I confirmed. I'm sorry but we all know the costs of the Greek fish, I want to believe the chef's version who tells me that they prefer the Hellenic product from the simplest supply line for them on the island to the local product. But even if it is of good quality I don't think it costs 80 euros per kg. The chef was understanding and gave me a discount of 8 euros, making me pay 52 euros for the sea bream instead of 60 euros. To avoid misunderstandings when the price per kg / hectogram is indicated, I would also recommend the origin of the raw material for fairness towards the customer.

17/04/2025: It went like this… Food was good, price/performance not so much. Wine was bad and was returned (the restaurant also recognized this), but was charged at 50%. You can eat better on Elba for less money.

28/04/2025: I was in Otranto for my holidays, by chance we stopped there for lunch and I absolutely don't regret it, I'll start by complimenting the waiter, unfortunately I don't know his name to mention it, "he wears glasses" super attentive, sociable, helpful and friendly, as they should be in all restaurants, working with a smile and the desire to please his customer, just like he followed us throughout the lunch. As for the flavors of the cuisine, what can I say... I'm not telling lies but I have never tasted such fresh and genuine flavors. I will remember Otranto with the memory of your restaurant, unforgettable.... my palate flew to heaven and I'm not joking! I recommend everyone to try your first course with linguine with red prawns. I assure you that you will not regret it. Really many compliments. I renew my compliments to the owner which we already paid him up close! See you soon

04/02/2025: Very good address suggested by the owner of our rental. Marco, the waiter, from Chalet Primavera offered us a sea bream for 2 people, accompanied by spaghetti, tomatoes and basil. We come from Saint-Brieuc (Northern Brittany region, in the northwest of France), a country of fishermen and we love fish. The dish was beautifully cooked. Thanks to the cook, Thanks to Marco for his good advice, for his kindness and his extreme kindness. Furthermore, we arrived at 2:50 p.m., quite late, and we were lucky enough to be placed on the terrace facing the Arragonese castle. We ate to the sound of the lapping sea. Truly a wonderful place.

25/04/2025: On Easter Monday, while visiting Grado, we stopped for lunch at this restaurant located along the main street of Grado. Despite it being a holiday and not having booked, we found a place right away. Nice place both inside and outside, friendly and welcoming staff, we had lunch with tagliolini with squid ink and grilled calamari, everything was excellent, average prices, very good quality. If you are in Grado, I recommend it!!

14/03/2025: Nice little restaurant in the old town (pedestrian zone). Good fish dishes, attractive wine list. We would love to come back.

04/05/2025: Evening in Viareggio, I was tempted by the turnout of the previous days, but I did badly. 1 Fish starter consisting of seafood salad, industrial in my opinion, good flan, scallop shell stuffed with a mixture of minced fish au gratin and 80's prawn cocktail. 2 Spaghetti with seafood, actually mussels, some clams and traces of squid, 1 liter of house white wine, 1 mineral water €60. I regretted not asking for explanations when they brought me the starter.. I made my complaints in the end and I was wrong!!

04/05/2025: We went for dinner, ordering pizzas and a ribeye with chips. Good food (pizzas a little burnt). Very sore point: the service! The pink-haired waiter has in order: passed the heavy and very hot rib to a child, cleaned the plates with the pizza edges by dropping them on my wife (without apologizing at all) and dirtied my daughter's bag! What can I say... a bad evening can probably happen
