SUPERB artisanal gelato!!! As an expert and passionate gelato enthusiast, I can say without a doubt that the SUPER LARGE cream and hazelnut flavored cone I tasted today is truly exceptional: creamy, light, with a balanced sugar content, and, above all, you can recognize the flavor by closing your eyes! This undoubtedly indicates quality ingredients. The staff at the counter were smiling and friendly despite the many customers, and when they invited me to try the fruit flavors, I couldn't refuse: the pineapple was truly REMARKABLE. Prices are in line with the context: a two-flavor cone with a crunchy wafer and a very generous portion: €3.50. I can't wait to go back!

A combination of poor service. They bring the menus after 30 minutes. They serve three affogatos after 25 minutes, and we ask several times if they'll clean our table since they'd just cleared it. They forget to bring us the change. I'll abstain from commenting on the price of the affogato.

06/03/2026: They welcomed us even though it was almost closing time, and for that we thank them again. Two fantastic first courses. You could taste the excellent quality of the ingredients. The bucatini were perfectly cooked (not a given, having eaten them elsewhere).
05/02/2026: In the heart of Biella, this fantastic restaurant and pizzeria has absolutely amazing fresh food, with top notch ingredients. We had the mixed fritto misto as an entree and pizzas. Friendly service, we were lucky enough to have a whole room to ourselves since it was during lunch, but I can assure that dinner is a whole different business!
