10/06/2025: I had lunch at a fixed menu for €30, various appetizers, first course, water and coffee. There was a choice of 3-4 first course options. I thought it was touristy but it was almost all local customers. Very happy with the choice. Well done. Compliments.

18/07/2025: Ostaria ai Storti is in a strategic location near Rialto, but not too far away, so you can enjoy the silence of a small street. We wanted to eat the "Cicchetti" and we were satisfied. The owner is friendly and a good cook, but the strong point is the service, in the person of Alice, who made our stay of a couple of hours feel like home... thank you, we will come visit you on our next trip to Venice... 28/06/2025: This restaurant isn't very touristy, but for that reason, it's very good in terms of service and cuisine. It has a daily special, and the pizzas are homemade and delicious. Value for money 💯

20/07/2025: A nice-looking restaurant. The service was okay but not overly friendly. Apparently, tourists aren't particularly welcome. They don't serve pizza in the evenings. Instead, there was a selection of all kinds of seafood dishes. If you don't like that kind of food, this is probably not the right restaurant for you. The pasta was okay. The fried seafood was mediocre, as it was quite a mix and there was a lot to sort through (e.g., fried scampi with the head on, not deveined), which made it difficult to eat in places. All in all, a fine visit, but one I wouldn't repeat.

18/07/2025: Nous avons des pizzas: pâte épaisse et moelleuse, garniture fraîche, pas trop de fromage. Un bon produit, idéal pour ceux qui ne sont pas fan des grandes pizzas à pâte sèche. De plus, le service était rapide, agréable avec en sus quelques mots de français.

08/07/2025: I've heard a lot about this restaurant, but I'd never tried it. I have to say I really enjoyed it. I ate: seafood and meat appetizers, stockfish with potatoes, mixed fried fish, and homemade tiramisu. Everything was delicious. The staff was kind and helpful.

06/07/2025: Last night, a terrible restaurant with a 3 and a half hour wait just for a poor appetizer. After a wait we got up with a very unpleasant reaction from the owner. Last but not least, friends eat first.....horrible

11/07/2025: Let me start by saying that we ate at the "tavola calda" (diner). Two adults and two children ordered two first courses, two second courses (in total), and a large bottle of water, and we paid €86. We were with a couple of friends, and we asked if we could have an umbrella near them. "Absolutely not," was the response, because they thought it was too crowded. They sent ten umbrellas far away, and after an hour, they added an umbrella with two loungers next to us for more people. Never again. (IN ADDITION TO THE OWNERS' RESPONSE) I wrote a review based on my experience, things that perhaps other people or your customers would be fine with. I assure you that if I can afford to spend €86 at a "tavola calda" (diner), I can afford much more, so be careful with the advice and perhaps waste it on those who ask for it, even though I see that you give "unsolicited advice" to all the customers who have highlighted things that perhaps aren't good. Pointing out mistakes helps us grow 😉 Then I think you're being unfair, because I ABSOLUTELY DIDN'T SAY I EATEN BADLY... actually, as far as the abundance goes, I took what I needed to feel good, and I paid for it; it's not like anyone gave me anything. Besides, no one said I was held back by force. You leave it up to me to decide what I could or couldn't do, and there's very little professionalism in your answers, much less 50 years of experience. Have a good life. You see, I'd never thought about spending money efficiently, or even taking an Italian language course 😅 I can assure you, however, that if you were to go to any town other than Tarquinia, you wouldn't even be able to say good morning. Now you're attacking me because I don't write well in Italian, which would be understandable given that I'm not Italian. This demonstrates your profound lack of understanding of diversity. Honestly, your racism doesn't affect me. I don't care if I can't write Italian perfectly like you. On the other hand, I assure you, I can live peacefully on any continent without fear of not being able to understand or speak. Victimhood and unprovoked attacks won't get you anywhere. Personally, I have a very special gift: I don't take offense at just anyone, so go waste your time with someone who gives you shit. I recommend learning Italian 🤠

06/07/2025: Always satisfied. Thin and tasty pizza. Fried food made by them, very good. Super nice and very fast guys, they even brought water to the dog without us asking.

06/07/2025: Fast service, thin pizza and very light dough, the tuna special was amazing. Homemade Ascolana olives. High quality octopus and cuttlefish salad. Friendly and fast waiters. The average rating of 4.1 that it has now does not reflect this, it is at least a 4.6. Recommended!

23/07/2025: Nice place, very elegant but also youthful. Unfortunately, we didn't like the pizza at all and the prices were ridiculous. There's no choice, very few pizzas. I asked for prosciutto to be added to the focaccia, but they don't have it. Then there are supplì as an appetizer, but they don't have them. But they let me bring my dogs in for aperitivo time, which I really liked.

20/07/2025: Remove your cars before sunset or they'll smash your windows and steal from you if you park on the street (outside the factories). I parked yesterday and this happened. Luckily, I have vandalism insurance. Report filed.

23/07/2025: They told me about the sushi and tempura. Everyone raved. I actually tried the tempura (not here), and when they invited me to this other restaurant, I gladly accepted, but the house one was a little too crunchy for me. The ravioli were very good, light and tasty: an eight if I had to give them a grade like in school. The spring rolls were acceptable, but it's a shame about the broth, which was so hot that, once it cooled, it seemed tasteless. The place was spacious and not crowded, but the five of us were a bit cramped. The decor was spectacular, with a bit of everything, and even a cute little angel watching over us at the table. The Japanese cuisine isn't really to my taste (I prefer Thai), but... the ravioli were really good. I didn't take any photos because the lighting was too low and I wanted to avoid the distracting flash. The menu was endless, incomprehensible to me, and without illustrations, but it was then "explained" well by the waitress. The table was nicely set, but the napkins were paper. In short, even though the sushi isn't particularly appealing to me, thanks to the rest and the pleasant company, it was a pleasant couple of hours away from the usual steak and ribollita menu. And the prices, I think, were more than reasonable, especially regarding the AYCE (all you can eat) option, which I'm told is very popular. -- Outskirts of town, with a cinema nearby and the stadium a little further on. Parking nearby.

22/06/2025: We had dinner at Al Campanile Osteria con Cucina and the experience was overall positive. The restaurant is in a truly suggestive location, in the heart of the historic center and a stone's throw from the mill, creating a pleasant and characteristic atmosphere. The staff was kind and friendly, always available and attentive to the needs of customers. The food is of good quality, with carefully prepared and well-presented dishes, which reflect tradition with a touch of refinement. The only note to report concerns the prices, which seemed a bit high compared to the overall quality offered. However, it remains a good address for a quiet dinner in a charming environment.
