06/04/2025: Il 5 aprile ultimo scorso sono andata con due amiche a cena per mangiare una pizza. Ci hanno fatto salire delle scale scomode e insicure senza alcun appoggio, che per persone di una età non giovane, rappresentano un problema. Abbiamo chiesto tre pizze con la rucola , due delle quali non dovevano avere la mozzarella , ma era stato esplicitamente chiesto del grana in entrata e non le solite scaglie slegate che volano di qua e di la. Hanno portate le pizze con le scaglie volanti su un letto di rucola con tutti i gambi duri immangiabili. Il bordo carbonizzato e l'interno crudo , bagnato, con del prosciutto crudo ammassato che sembrava carne buttata li come capita. Al primo impatto abbiamo detto che la pizza non rispettava le nostre richieste e avremmo voluto che le rifacessero. Il ragazzo ci ha riportato le stesse pizze dicendo che il grana in entrata stava sotto quell'ammasso di tutto e le scaglie erano un di più.Abbiamo tentato di mangiarle , ma , con tutta la buona volontà, è stato impossibile. Chicca in aggiunta , la ragazza che aveva preso la comanda era talmente scostante e sulle sue, che la comanda è stata ripetuta diverse volte in quanto sembrava non stesse neanche ascoltando. Accoglienza zero, servizio due volte zero, qualità del cibo da discount. Assolutamente da non ripetere l'esperienza. Alla cassa ci è stato chiesto come era andata e abbiamo fatto le nostre lamentele. La cassiera ha verificato sul computer che la comanda fosse stata scritta correttamente. E lo era stato. Inoltre la ragazza che aveva preso la comanda ,ha presenziato alle nostre rimostranze , come se temesse proprio questo e dovesse giustificarsi. Abbiamo sprecato una serata, buttato i soldi e capito che il Tocco d'oro di Comiso è assolutamente inqualificabile

04/04/2025: I have personally collected the order several times from the Giovanni Junior restaurant and have always been satisfied. The quality of the food is excellent and the portions are generous. In particular, I really appreciated the margherita pizza, with a light dough and fresh ingredients, and their really tasty spit-roasted chicken. The staff was always friendly and the order was ready on time at the agreed time. Having never eaten inside the restaurant, I can't comment on the atmosphere or the room service, but as for on-site pickup, I highly recommend it. Excellent value for money

05/04/2025: The place is nice, very close to the cathedral of Acireale, decent pizza. I had already gone, but this time we had dinner out. If you just want to eat I recommend it even if the place is a bit boring. Decent quality-price...not cheap. Not accessible for wheelchairs, a little narrow for those with children with strollers.

22/09/2024: A bit upscale restaurant, but nothing exceptional. The setting is very friendly, the tables are well set. The kitchen is not up to what I imagined. This is a gourmet restaurant but I was left hungry. Prices are high, nothing exceptional.

31/03/2025: My husband and I spent the last days of our trip, we wanted to rest and it was achieved. Its facilities are in excellent condition, which is difficult in places facing the sea and in the low season. Their restaurant always works and food is good. The staff is very friendly and supports you in whatever you need, helping us with a very late check in due to inconvenience on the road. The room is very nice with a beautiful view. Excellent to get peace and quiet, opening that window and sitting on the balcony and having the sea in front of you was wonderful. The bathroom, the heating, the refrigerator, everything worked perfectly.

25/03/2025: Large structure, spread over several floors (pay attention to those with mobility problems). Well-organised rooms, with ample equipment and a reasonable price for the minibar. Winter use needs to be improved with the possibility of having a well heated bathroom.
