Umbricelli pasta with truffles and umbricelli pasta with smoked duck, lamb chops. Everything was amazing. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was courteous and elegant.

Highly recommended!!!! We went for Umbria Jazz, a great way to escape the crowds despite being right in the center. The caponata was exceptional!!! We had an appetizer, a first course, and a dessert, two bottles of wine, and coffee. Five of us spent €30 each, with a complimentary house amaro.

I first discovered this place 21 years ago during my first Umbria Jazz Festival trip. Now, on my 7th festival visit, I still have to come back here for at least one meal. It has become a personal tradition for me. Walking in today felt like stepping back in time—absolutely nothing has changed, from the classic menu and cozy decor to the same gentleman behind the counter. My order never changes because it's always executed perfectly: the smoked swordfish carpaccio and the spaghetti alle vongole. On the walls, you’ll see photos of the owner with a lot of familiar faces from the entertainment industry. But it’s never been part of some calculated marketing strategy; they are just there as genuine mementos of the people who have passed through. Here, the food really is all the marketing you’ll ever need. No food influencers needed.

For Italian food, there's no better place than a trattoria. This place is very comfortable, the food is delicious, and the service is excellent. I recommend the house wine.
