16/05/2026: A wonderful experience at Il Saraceno restaurant.
The quality of the ingredients and the skill of the chef are obviously exceptional.
Friendly service.
Elegant and quiet location.
Very varied wine list.
We opted for the à la carte menu; the raw ham platter was very generous and of the highest quality. A welcome drink from the kitchen and a small pastry were offered at the end of the dinner.
Highly recommended; we'll be back.

The service was by two kind girls
The food... spaghetti with lobster was not bad, but overcooked
Amberjack... a portion just for me, with two loosely packed logs, probably not the best for the day, a Bellavista and two coffees

My girlfriend and I were greeted with kindness and a beautiful smile, and we also appreciated the advice on both the dishes and the wines. The fish carpaccio was simply amazing... a perfectly crafted combination of flavors, and the spaghetti with seaweed, anemones, and sea urchins didn't taste like the sea... it was THE sea! More than a dinner, it was an authentic experience, and I highly recommend everyone stop by to try the dishes, which, blending tradition and innovation, are sure to amaze you. A 10 out of 10, we'll definitely be back. BRAVI BRAVI BRAVI 🙏🏻

13/05/2026: The atmosphere and service are a perfect 100. I wanted to try the traditional Ischian rabbit dish, but unfortunately, I couldn't because I didn't make a reservation in advance. The food, including all the dishes, desserts, and wine, was excellent. If you are visiting Ischia and looking for a restaurant with a great atmosphere, this is a must-visit place. The meal lasts for over two hours.

Had a caprese salad. No taste. Tomato and cheese had no flavor
Wife had grilled chicken breast. It was maybe a quarter slice of chocked breast not the whole chicken breast. Three small pieces that were flatter than a pancake.
Grilled vegetables were the same. Maybe a quarter of a potatoe thinly sliced and three slices along with three thinly sliced eggplant.
Wow.
I see it’s practically empty tonight. Can’t charge )€39 for so little. We ended up going f to another place for real dinner

Delicious fish, carefully prepared, and well-prepared.
The dishes are not only beautiful to look at, but also incredibly delicious. First time here, and it definitely won't be the last. ❤️ I absolutely recommend them.
01/06/2026: Yesterday at Quantum we had an incredible experience. Quality, service, innovation, professionalism, and genuine passion: everything you'd expect from a great seafood restaurant.
But the most surprising thing is discovering that behind all this are three extraordinarily talented young people, capable of transforming their expertise and dedication into a top-notch gastronomic experience.
I'm happy to have eaten so well, but even more so to have found confirmation that there's still great hope for the future of the restaurant industry...Great job, guys!
