04/01/2026: In a three-week vacation in Italy, between Tuscany and Puglia, this was absolutely the best restaurant. The slow-cooked pork ribs caramelized in vincotto were wonderful, and the amberjack carpaccio with orange reduction was perfect. Dessert: the lemon parfait with pieces of impressive lemon zest. 04/01/2026: This very chic little restaurant was recommended to us, aesthetically unique and refined. We had a wonderful dinner: the raw fish appetizer was presented with the care and passion of a chef who knows what he's doing. The off-menu first course was FABULOUS, with truly thoughtful aromas and combinations. Then I said to myself, "Now a dessert would be perfect, but I'm having a hard time surprising myself after this crescendo of flavors and aromas..." Even though I was full, I decided to break the rules. The result? A SENSATIONAL dessert! For the service and hospitality, I'd say we're 6 stars! Well done, well done, well done! You deserve so many more satisfied customers like us! We'll definitely be back.

04/02/2026: We visited Cucina Cereda in January, taking advantage of the 30x40 promotion, an initiative I found truly commendable because it allows even the youngest members of the family to experience the world of Michelin-starred dining. Precisely for this reason, I was pleasantly surprised by the care, quality, and attention shown: despite it being a promotion, the experience was impeccable in every way. Each dish was a well-crafted journey of taste, accompanied by attentive, yet unobtrusive service. Special thanks to Maurizio, who was attentive even to those who, like me, don't drink alcohol, offering a delicious sparkling natural apple juice. Cucina Cereda is a true gem, highly recommended both to those experiencing this style of cuisine for the first time and to those who are already a regular. I have already recommended it to several friends and will continue to do so, because it's a worthwhile experience.

07/02/2026: Very friendly service, very good food, the pizza 🍕 was delicious, as was the pasta. Coke in a glass bottle, which unfortunately isn't available here, but is everywhere there. From where we sat, we could see the city center. Reasonable prices: two pizzas, standard pasta, a large 1-liter Coke, and a large beer. €49.50 for a 2+2 family. I highly recommend it.

25/02/2026: When we want oysters, raw fish, and seafood in general, we come here. The platter, flambéed scallops, gratinated razor clams, and Catalan-style lobster are all very good. Various mussel options are available, both in half- and one-kilo versions. Good wines and champagnes, with low markups. Recommended.

18/10/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant as a couple. It's a beautiful location overlooking Positano. We ate divinely. The dinner was enlivened and enlivened with music by the delightful Antonio, an added bonus to this already beautiful location.

13/10/2025: From being picked up at our hotel by none less than the owner, all the way through to the return journey afterwards, we had the most memorable night at Il Pino. It has a very family run feel, which is great! The service was brilliant and not only efficient but full of laughs and chats. The food was outstanding! One of the best meals we had on our Amalfi leg. Couldn’t recommend this restaurant more and we will certainly be back if we visit Praiano again.

31/12/2025: A truly special experience at this restaurant, truly deserving of its star. The location is meticulously maintained and welcoming, and the Christmas decorations added that extra touch that made the atmosphere even warmer and more elegant. The service was excellent: the attentive yet discreet staff guided the experience, explaining each dish with great care, professionalism, and a genuine kindness that immediately made you feel at ease. The dishes were a constant surprise. Every bite was a discovery of flavors and aromas, with surprising and perfectly balanced pairings. It was truly fascinating to see how the ingredients interacted so well. We chose the wine pairing for those drinking and the non-alcoholic one for those not drinking: both were delicious. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of kombucha, but my husband really enjoyed it. The dessert and the small pastries were also truly unique, a perfect end to the experience. An experience we hope to repeat soon, perhaps in another season, to see how the menu will evolve and surprise again.
