09/07/2025: I'd like to share my opinion about this restaurant, because it was a positive experience. It might be helpful for anyone wanting to try it. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable; they served us right away. The pizza was delicious; I haven't had one like it in a long time. Thin, well-topped, and with a stuffed crust! It truly deserved an A+. We'll be back on Saturday! Thanks!

29/06/2025: Two years ago my wife and I discovered this restaurant by chance, since then we have never changed. Excellent staff who always create a family atmosphere while remaining professional, maximum education and availability, always very high level of dishes and very fresh ingredients. A big hug to Gabriella, Francesca and Andrea "and to all the guys who work there" 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 highly recommended

23/06/2025: Pur non essendo sul mare è il posto giusto per degustare pesce di qualità e veramente pescato (anche a miglio 0). La nostra scelta ha escluso i primi, non per l’offerta proposta, ma perché volevamo gustare piatti particolari come il carpaccio di gamberi di S.Spirito (deliziosi), i gamberetti bianchi dell’argentario o i gratinati e la grigliata dell’adriatico, cotta alla perfezione su brace di legno. Ottima materia prima e grande abilità in cucina. Perfetto il servizio. Buona scelta di vini (nel rispetto dei limiti alcolemici ti aiutano nel confezionamento delle bottiglie non consumate). Prezzi adeguati: 62€ a testa

14/07/2025: Yes, we ate reasonably well... but the waiter from another table who asks us what we want to drink, no thanks... I know it's a question of speeding up the process but it's not good!!!

25/07/2025: I had the pleasure of having lunch here today, and it was really good! Quick service, a cheerful atmosphere, and excellent food. I chose a first course of tagliolini allo scoglio, fresh fish, and, most importantly, homemade pasta! I finished with a crema caffè, light and perfect for the summer heat. I highly recommend it!

20/06/2025: We bought some mussels that unfortunately we were only able to eat in part because they smelled bad. A real disappointment!!

18/06/2025: The vendors were incredibly friendly and helpful – we were even allowed to bring our own plates, which was completely hassle-free. The price was absolutely fair, and the quality of the fish was outstanding – fresh, high-quality, and lovingly prepared. A real highlight for fish lovers. A definite recommendation!

13/07/2025: If you want to eat well, you can't go wrong here. The roe deer fettuccine is mouth-watering, with excellent meat and a variety of delicious side dishes. Superb service and minimal wait. Excellent!

27/07/2025: The best pizza ever, cooked in a wood-fired oven. Whatever the selection, it's always excellent. I've seen dishes brought to other diners that looked very good, and they were certainly well-served. The restaurant is beautiful and very well-maintained. The staff is extremely friendly. The prices are fair. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

21/06/2025: The atmosphere and vibe of the place is always fantastic? This time I went for dinner on Saturday. Spaghetti allo scoglio as it should be and a trilogy of fish carpaccios good. Fast service. Definitely recommended!

08/06/2025: Very nice environment. Unfortunately, a negative experience for the pizza, soft and not very tasty. What can I say about the service: I find it absurd to bring only one dessert menu for a group of 11 people!

20/06/2025: This restaurant is highly recommended. Fresh fish and seafood in all possible variations. Homemade pasta and many dishes that aren't on the menu. Just ask... Super friendly staff. We sat outside in pleasant temperatures. All in all, a place to return to.

12/07/2025: We were here recently and were hoping to have other dishes besides fish to choose from. Unfortunately, since the restaurant only serves fish, there wasn't anything we liked. The staff, however, were incredibly friendly and honest – they even recommended an alternative restaurant and didn't even charge us for drinks. If you're looking for a good fish restaurant and value friendly service, this is definitely the place to go. Definitely recommended for fish lovers!

28/06/2025: In the port area for work we are looking for a restaurant to have lunch and given the heat we would like to be inside with air conditioning. This is the only place we found that also serves inside, but if you want they also have tables outside. Service is attentive, maybe just a little slow since the place is still quite empty. Definitely good dishes, good quality of food. Clean toilets.

26/07/2025: Great local pizzeria, you can see a lot of locals visiting and enjoying the food. The pizza and spaghetti are really delicious!

11/07/2025: Rainy summer night in Trieste, we luckily got a table at Trimalcione. Food was fantastic and service was above five star. We had the branzino tartar which was excellent and regretted not ordering the crudo mixed plate to share. Freshest seafood perfectly prepared next time we go for the crudo! Husband had monkfish pasta it was so excellent I did not get even a bite. My mixed seafood sautée was good and included excellent clams and razor prawns. Above all excellent considerate and patient waitress, a lovely lady speaking fluent English and despite the fully booked dining room gave attentive and timely service. Would definitely go back and next time would order the mixed antipasto plate and the mixed seafood crudo. I forgot my iPhone 14 when leaving and recovered it 30 minutes later safely put aside by the server.

18/06/2025: I ate little and badly, after dinner I still had everything in my stomach. Terrible service I asked for a beer and I found myself with a canned beer that I didn't like, I wasn't asked for anything. Very high costs for the quality, quantity and for the service and location. All bad I don't recommend it.

20/07/2025: Good, quality food, very good wine, recommended by the way, and perfect service, at least with us.

08/07/2025: Our experience at this restaurant was beyond positive. The waiter was unobtrusive but kind, and helped us choose the wine. One of the women was pregnant, and he was kind enough to treat her with consideration. The dishes were well-served and very tasty.

23/06/2025: Decent pizzeria. Great lack of style in the owner who asks to pay in cash and is convinced to accept the debit card only after a long discussion. His comments about people walking around without cash are not very welcome. His attempt at a joke towards the waiter by saying to go get the rifle, even less so.
