Here the culinary journey enriches your heart and caresses your soul... an experience lived three times... when you dream it, when you live it, when you remember it ... Dishes that leave their mark such as cod with a touch of lemon on chickpea puree ... octopus briao, gnocchi with artichokes and sea bass ... the king "raw" ... with a tuna that has no equal.. I'm amazed every time, they always manage to amaze me... thanks girls and... until the next dream... oops with eyes open...

08/02/2025: Pranzo di pesce da favola ! Ieri ,7 Febbraio 2025 sono stato a pranzo alla Vignia ,assieme a mia moglie,invitati da due compari , moglie e marito . Confermo tutte le recensioni positive. Penso di aver degusto il miglior pranzo della mia vita,e vi posso dire che ne ho frequentati tanti di ristoranti di pesce,sia in zona ,che in giro per l'Abruzzo e per l'Italia. Paolo e Maria Grazia ,i titolari e chef ci hanno letteralmente stupito,siamo rimasti senza parole. Un pranzo con portate tutte gourmet,curate e spiegate nei minimi particolari .Sono rimasto super soddisfatto e colpito ,in quando essendo un artista ( dipingo ) ,ho apprezzato la " filosofia del particolare " della chef S.ra Maria Grazia e di nuovi suoi abbinamenti nei piatti degustati .Devo dire che io e mia moglie , mangiamo poco ,ma anche a casa curiamo il particolare del cibo che è sempre di alta qualità (bio,naturale,ecc.) .Abbiamo preso tutta la serie di antipasti,freddi e caldi e una frittura mista in finale.Io un fantastico tiramisù, preparato da loro , caffè e genziana .Poi ci hanno offerto anche un mix di dolcetti secchi,sempre preparati da loro . E per finire ci ha colpito anche la dolcezza ,la semplicità e la signorilità dei titolari ,che abbiamo conosciuto a fine pranzo . 17/01/2025: Il Clipper è casa , Wiliam Franceschini il titolare ti fa’ sentire importante , la cucina di Germano lo Chef e a dir poco deliziosa , vado al Clipper da più di 10 anni e continuerò a farlo perché è tutto perfetto ….come a casa !

15/03/2025: Unfortunately I had high expectations given that it had been highly recommended to me... and I'm trying all the restaurants in Cesenatico one at a time. I was disappointed. A nice characteristic place but inside you can smell too much of the kitchen. And I spent too much for an anonymous lunch, the hot prawns in the cold appetizer don't even fit, especially in the cocktail. I know that mine is a criticism but I hope it helps the managers to improve because the canal port is the best... and put back the au gratin.
