The pasta was a bit salty, and the main course arrived a little late after the appetizer. But otherwise, everything was great! The pizzas are especially recommended.

Welcoming atmosphere and very good pizza

Absolutely loved this place! The pizza was fantastic—perfectly cooked with great flavor in every bite. Paired it with a weissbier, which complemented the pizza perfectly and really elevated the whole experience. Honestly, what more could you want? Pizza and beer—simple, classic, and done right. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

First time at Carlo Re. From the outside, the atmosphere doesn't convey... warm... welcoming... original. Very good pizza and not heavy. Top-quality ingredients. I'll definitely be back, especially since I discovered it has a little garden. 🔝🔝🔝🔝

I stopped by out of curiosity, during a break from a convention. My rating is limited to the pizza, but I'd say five stars are deserved. The pasta was cooked, not overcooked like in so many places. The ingredients were fine, both the burrata and the prosciutto. The oven was clean because there were no burns underneath the pasta. I regret not staying for something more substantial, but alas... I had to return without any alcohol left, much less anything too elaborate. The service was good, courtesy of two young men in uniform. Both kept an eye on the customers. If we had to find a flaw, let's just say that the place isn't exactly visible from the outside. It's great that there's a parking space out front. Will I return? Yes, probably to try a more complex dish and the wine.

We had dinner at this pizzeria. The Neapolitan pizza chef was a guarantee, and the staff were very polite and attentive (good). Two pizzas, four glasses of good red wine, and a delicious sbrisolona. All in all, €47.00 (for a good Verona).
