21/06/2025: By now we have settled in well, always polite and attentive.....the waitresses are beautiful and then I liked the characteristic 60's atmosphere, very clean and with attention to detail....I recommend it because it has low prices and excellent quality!!!

03/07/2025: Excellent restaurant with gourmet dishes and lots and lots of goodness. Excellent fish, truly excellent dishes as is the excellent service and above all also the always available and friendly owner in addition to the vast choice of raw materials. Beautiful experience that has continued for some time also because it is inserted in a relaxing and certainly stylish environment. What about the wines? well ... vast choice! excellent prices!

15/06/2025: I would ask the staff to be more careful when serving customers, do not put too much stuff on the trays if you are not sure you can make it to the end, I am talking about the "little" incident yesterday evening June 14th, my friends simply did not want to ruin the evening...

15/06/2025: A few years ago I left a very positive review, but I find myself forced to change it. The gluten-free pizza is truly ridiculous: 12 euros to eat something like that means wanting to take advantage of other people's illnesses. In terms of size, it was half the size of a pizza with gluten, tomato and mozzarella practically non-existent, strange flavor. I understand not having separate kitchens (nobody demands them, you just have to be a little careful) and not knowing about illnesses (I was told that adding some ingredients on top of the pizza would depend on how sick I would be from the contamination), but it would be better not to offer this only alternative, making people believe they can actually eat something decent. The only gluten-free appetizer that you can get is a plate of cold cuts and cheeses for the modest sum of 19 euros: good, but not enough to justify this price. Yes, according to the menu it is a dish recommended for two, but I had clearly said that I wanted a cutting board just for me (everyone else had taken something else) so I imagined they would adjust accordingly, and furthermore the price remained the same even without the focaccia (which obviously I couldn't take). For the cover charge it is a good 3 euros per person to have a placemat and paper napkin. I will certainly be answered in an unpleasant and aggressive way, as I have noted in the other negative reviews. But at least this way potential customers can be prepared.

11/07/2025: Worst experience in my life!! I’ve lived and travelled around Northern Italy and Sardinia for the past 37months(3y & 1m) and have seen many great places. I speak decent Italian, however not like a native. On Friday July night between 20-22pm there were only 2 International families besides ours. The food was pretty tasteless, bread dry and un fresh. I ordered Paccheri con ragù di calamari( basically pasta with some calimari and cheery tomatoes). The waitress asked, “Is it OK if it will have some crab?” And I said “yes, that’s fine”. When I received my Paccheri it had a big crab on the plate beside pasta with basically nothing inside it. When we went to pay, instead of €13 for the Paccheri we were promised, the check for Paccheri came out to be €27!! The waitress stated that that’s the crab that costed €15 more, however she didn’t mention it while we were ordering. After a long while of arguments, the cost was returned however you CANNOT foul customers like that! It was horrible! Nonetheless, we booked the table with The Fork that promised us -20% for food however the cashier stated she didn’t know what that was! Horrible, horrible experience! Never rated any place lower than this one! Do not recommend!

09/07/2025: If you’re looking for authentic Genovese cuisine with an amazing atmosphere and the nicest owners/chefs/bakers/servers (because they do it all), this is the place! Helps to know Italian- we don’t know much- but we bumbled through with our Spanish and the owners were gracious and patient. With 20 years in business, they know their cuisine and what goes well together and which wines to pair. Not a meal to be rushed but savored and enjoyed- the way a meal should be. Tuck the phone away- unless you need translation help- and enjoy!!

08/06/2025: Excellent menu. Even though the restaurant was full, the service was efficient and up to par. Nice and clean place. Excellent cuisine and gastronomic offerings. Low price and corresponding to expectations. Recommended place for the excellent cuisine, general cleanliness and low prices.

06/07/2025: Friendly service, the menu was not in English, it was explained to us by the waiter. The food was delicious, I tasted two dishes, I can't fault anything, we liked it a lot. The sliced ​​small bread was also delicious. We had the rest of the sauces from the plates disposed of with it.

23/06/2025: Best pizzeria on Palese in my opinion. I often eat a pizza there but also take it away. The dough is light, the ingredients are high quality. The restaurant also works very well (they have excellent fish cuisine) although I almost never order anything other than pizza. The staff is always very helpful and kind. Too bad about the location that could be more welcoming.

18/06/2025: Recommandé par le B&B MadamaDore, nous avons découvert ce restaurant avec grand plaisir. Accueil remarquable et qualité des mets avec un tarif tout à fait correct. Je recommande sans détours avec en prime une magnifique 'collection de marionnettes.

27/05/2025: The first courses were excellent, the fried food was out of this world and plentiful!! That said, the service was really slow, sitting at the table for 25 minutes before finally having a glass of wine, they wouldn't even give it to us when we asked.... incredible. This was by the owner's will, who only serves him and strictly in order of arrival. The owner is still nice and welcoming, nothing to say, but.... come on... We were 4 of us and we tasted a few appetizers... 3 first courses and fried food. Special dishes, well-prepared, cacio pepe and shrimp rated 10! The portions are tastings (except for the fried food), you pay like everywhere else nowadays.... For me 3 stars... happy to have tried it but it's not one of my favorite places (personal opinion)

All the dishes we ate were very good; we went there three nights in a row. The first night, we hadn't booked, and they offered us a free aperitif until a table became available.

Lo que quiero decir es que durante nuestras vacaciones de una semana en la Toscana, Italia, nuestra experiencia gastronómica en el Ristorante La Brasserie fue la mejor. Debido a las condiciones climáticas tormentosas de hoy, lamentablemente tuvimos que cenar adentro. La hospitalidad, el asesoramiento y la perfección de los platos presentados fueron de gran ayuda para nuestro viaje. Realmente nos encantó nuestra experiencia de cenar aquí. Gracias ! ! !

19/06/2025: The place itself is not bad, but the name “osteria” does not suit the rather small portions, and even less the cost… I can't say I ate badly but €24 for a portion of risotto (very good, mind you) was quite miserable and €29 for a “catch of the day” or 3 cubes of steamed sea bass… over €120 for the bill for two and I left hungry… it can be anything but an “osteria”.

From the first meeting, Daniele, the owner, proved to be extremely friendly and professional, advising us on every choice and always finding the right balance between our needs and his proposals. A special thanks also to Valentina, responsible for the catering of our wedding: available, precise, friendly and very good at coordinating everything with great care and attention. The service was impeccable and the food simply delicious, appreciated by all our guests. If we were to go back, we would choose Lo Scudiero a thousand more times. Highly recommended, very good!
