I've been going to Al Cardinale for many years, and for me it remains the absolute best restaurant in the area. The food is truly excellent—every dish is a delight!
A special thanks to Pasquale: his service is impeccable, attentive, and very friendly. He makes you feel welcome right away and always in good hands.
For me, it's clearly the number one. Highly recommended!

The Cardinal's experience was a strange one. On the one hand, we found wonderful meats, perfectly cooked, an incredible selection, and top-quality food at fair prices. On the other, the pizzas were sometimes chewy, the pasta al dente needed to be cut with a knife, and the service was very strange: half the drink (which was also wrong) arrived halfway through the meal after being requested three times, the fries ordered with everything arrived at the end of the meal, and the dishes were taken away from under our noses with food still inside. I'll give it a second chance because some dishes, like the meat and fish, were excellent. Overall, the prices were average.

A place that aims to be high-end but falls short because it's too big (700 seats) and the service suffers. Too expensive. €30 for a pasta dish, even if it's fish-based.
