Zambros's In Bosisio parini

Stayed local and decided to go check the local food establishment. I walked in as a solo and was greeted with smiles. The menu was easy to understand even with it in Italian and me being English. I ordered a bresaola pizza and a milanese de cortaleta. The pizza was exceptional and the veil was cooked perfectly. For €30 two courses of this quality and a beer was fantastic value. I enjoyed it so much i went back the next evening. This time I had a carbonara with local lake fish which was creamy and delicious and a different pizza this time with sausages and prosciutto. Both stunning again and this time €28. The staff were friendly and helpful. Each night someone spoke enough English and me pointing to get by. I would travel a decent way to eat here again. One of my highlights of my Italian trip

Good food and friendly, welcoming staff

We've been customers of Zambros for years, ever since they were in the old location, and for us it's always a sure thing. It's a trattoria and pizzeria with a relaxed, family atmosphere. The menu changes occasionally, but the food is always good: the pizza is delicious, and the cooking never disappoints. I have a weakness for Mrs. Rosy's ravioli: homemade, always different, and a pleasant surprise every time. They are very attentive to dietary needs and always willing to make adjustments when needed, which I greatly appreciate. And then... the desserts! All delicious, with a special mention for the homemade tiramisu, which for us is a must. A special thanks to Rosy, Alessandro, Silvia, and Irene, always kind, welcoming, and smiling. We celebrated a retirement. We agreed on the menu a few days in advance because there were 33 of us, and we had special needs. Everyone was completely satisfied with the quality of the food and the uniqueness of the dishes. We were pampered by impeccable service, always ready to accommodate every request. Excellent value for money. We'll be back!
