There is nothing to do, Acqua Salata is one of those places that remains in your heart: your eyes are delighted by the preparation of the dishes and the view of the sea; the palate enraptured by the perfect combinations and a service that becomes the true pearl of this place due to its professionalism and hospitality. The chef is good, the waiters are good (Azzurra first and foremost) and all the others. Well done, well done, well done.

Delicious dishes with an attractive presentation, with quality products elaborated in a creative way without distorting the taste of the ingredients, which are very well combined and balanced with each other. Very kind and attentive staff. Waiting times and really honest prices. It was a very pleasant discovery that I will recommend to everyone!

Many expectations partly betrayed by the service (maybe wrong day). Let me start by saying, we ate very well! I would say that the 5-tasting appetizer is the restaurant's strong point. Even the first ones are excellent and original. The attention to the room and the details is beautiful (see the many plants present), much less the number of seats included. Way too many! In some parts of the restaurant you can really get crowded (we went on a Sunday for lunch). Dispassionate advice for a truly quality restaurant, fewer seats and more precise and rapid service. From a restaurant like this it is inconceivable to think that the first course is served only for some of the table and not for others, making them wait for the first several minutes with the dishes to cool. Biblical time between one course and another. However, I attribute all this to a bad day, we will definitely return and review the review.
