13/07/2026: Never eaten so well, sliced ​​beef with parmesan simply amazing.. I didn't photograph it because I was too eager to eat it 😂 even the first courses were very very good, on the terrace the view was very very pleasant.

The owners welcome you with warmth and attention, making you feel like a guest before you are a customer. We tasted magnificent pici with tuna, excellent black spaghetti with shrimp and asparagus, surprising sea urchins with truffle and quail eggs, and delicious squid with artichokes: carefully crafted, balanced, and flavorful dishes that showcase excellent ingredients. It's a true restaurant, where you can sense the passion for this craft. The bill is absolutely fair and fully justified by the quality of the ingredients, the sourcing of local products, and the overall experience it offers.

06/08/2026: I came on vacation to Tuscany with my boyfriend, and since we were staying in the province of Scarlino, we decided to book a restaurant for the evening. Searching online, we were immediately intrigued by the numerous, highly positive reviews and the typical Italian osteria atmosphere. We had such a great time the first night that we returned a few days later. On the first night, we chose the mixed cured meats and cheeses platter with cherry jam and the off-menu Maremma ravioli with ragù, which was out of this world. This evening, we wanted to try the other options: crostini with homemade tomato sauce, pâté, and pecorino cream, followed by wild boar cacciatore. Both nights, we had the cheese duo with apricot and red berry jam for dessert. In addition to the delicious home-cooked dishes prepared by Daniel's mother, the chef, we should also highlight Daniel's kindness, friendliness, professionalism, and experience. He also advised us on the must-try wines. A rare experience of authentic, no-frills Italian cuisine that will leave you speechless and eager to return, which we hope to do soon.

06/08/2026: A very lovingly run restaurant with a friendly and professional owner. The food was traditional and regional, and we enjoyed it very much. The regional wine selection, perfectly complementing the food, was also impressive. A big thank you to the very friendly owner who was able to answer all our questions, even in German. 12/08/2026: Fantastic experience! A local recommended this restaurant; we went twice in a week in Porto Santo Stefano. The owner, Leo, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, as were all his staff. The food was delicious; the first night we had the appetizer tasting (highly recommended), followed by spaghetti with clams, which I returned for a second time. The price was fair for the excellent quality! Reservations recommended.

Probably due to the high attendance, they forgot to bring us some dishes, but when we pointed this out, they did their best to get them to us promptly. Furthermore, we were inside near the kitchen, and there was an argument within the kitchen, which perhaps could have been avoided, given the proximity to the customers.

02/06/2026: What can I say? The first night we were there truly left us with wonderful memories, especially the delicious Chianina Florentine steak. Before heading home, we decided to have another Florentine dinner. Unfortunately, the meat was tough to the knife, especially when biting. We pointed this out to the waitress, who was even more upset than the owners, who literally ignored it when it came time to pay. Considering the price of that particular dish, perhaps we could have been a little more careful in selecting suppliers, and above all, more accommodating to the customer, who, I'm not sure, will be encouraged to return after experiences like this.

20/08/2026: The pici cacio e pepe were forgettable: completely wrong, practically melted cheese and pasta. Unfortunately, the veranda was infested with flies. The beef steak was good, but the roast potatoes tasted like they came from a supermarket bag. Overall, disappointing.

04/08/2026: My family and I had lunch here today. The shaded outdoor terrace pampered us in today's 37°C heat. A neat and clean place with a great selection of wines and a kitchen that offers beautiful, delicious dishes. The owner, present and courteous but not intrusive, welcomed us. We chose chips while we waited—delicious, I must say—slices of unpeeled potatoes, two portions and three plates of tagliatelle with truly exquisite hare ragù, and a platter of excellent cold cuts and cheeses (Tuscan pecorino, cow's milk cheese aged on Barolo pomace, and blue Fiorino di Maremma cheese). Four waters, one Coke, four splendid tiramisus, and finally coffee. Everything was truly sublime, compliments to the kitchen and the owner! Fair price for the quality: €158.

21/07/2026: We ended up at this restaurant because of the good parking facilities for our camper. However, the food left much to be desired. We started with cold and hot antipasti. The scampi were mini and straight from the freezer. The swordfish main course was inedible, bone dry, and overcooked; here too, it is quite possible that it came from the freezer. The pasta vongole contained 5 mini seafoods and was tasteless. The dessert came from a carnival machine. Not once were we asked how we liked the food. We left hungry after paying 100 euros; incomprehensible. The prices are disgusting.
