18/05/2025: Very good food. Impeccable service from the staff. However, there is a lady at the entrance who could be more careful when dealing with the public. Gastronomy is sacred, but as soon as we arrived we felt uncomfortable. Anyway, we tried the food and it was perfect. Just this small detail, which can make a customer not want to return because they don't feel welcome.

15/05/2025: Great restaurant! A very different place in the basement and very cool. Both the pasta dishes and the pizzas are very well prepared and well served. The service is excellent. The dessert we ordered was delicious. We had dinner at the same restaurant twice because we liked it so much. I highly recommend it!!!

25/05/2025: We had a great meal here after a day on the Tuscany Trail. Everything they offer tasted perfect and looked incredibly delicious, exactly what you want. The host was super nice and helped us out nicely. Good price quality ratio.

04/05/2025: We were very disappointed, after all these positive reviews I was sure that we would have eaten well and spent the right amount, but instead we ate quite poorly and in my opinion paid too much, moreover for simple things, soute of mussels and clams, many of which were empty and not even present at the bottom of the plate, with the sauce that seemed watered down and sea bream that objectively tasted of nothing and which did not appear to be of the weight that they made us pay. We spent €118 for 1 soute, 3 sea bream, a French fry, 2 waters. The table was on a sidewalk, with a view of parked cars. Overall, a disappointment. The service also leaves a lot to be desired, we had to ask for water several times because they had forgotten it. But the owner and the waiters were still kind.

01/05/2025: Sitting on the edge of the cliff with panoramic views of the valley, La Rocca combines location and cuisine beautifully. We had lunch on the terrace overlooking the tufa stone cliffs – unbeatable setting. The food was excellent: bruschetta with lardo and honey to start, then pici pasta with duck sauce for me and a wild mushroom risotto for my partner. Everything was flavorful, seasonal, and well-executed. Staff were relaxed but attentive, and the local white wine (Bianco di Pitigliano) was crisp and refreshing. Mid-range prices (€35–€45), but totally worth it for the views and experience.

19/05/2025: We found this restaurant by chance but we were pleasantly surprised. At 7:30 pm there was already a queue to get in so I recommend booking.

28/04/2025: Locale particolare ed arredato con grande personalità, senza dimenticare comfort e funzionalità: piacevolissimo. Menu interessante anche per la particolarità degli ingredienti, con un accento sui prodotti della stagione e del territorio e completato da un discreto numero di piatti del giorno basati su ingredienti decisamente non comuni (la sera della mia visita venivano proposti, tra gli altri, il lupacante di Orbetello e gli sconcigli). La scelta risulta ampia, sia di terra che di mare. Disponibili anche soluzioni per i celiaci. Cucina ottima, giustamente all’altezza degli ingredienti. Porzioni assolutamente non risicate, secondo una giusta logica per cui se una cosa è buona non è bello limitarsi ad un assaggio. Conto più che corretto, specialmente considerando la qualità e la cura delle proposte. Consigliatissimo.

04/05/2025: I was able to pack it late. The store has a nice atmosphere and the staff service is really good. As soon as I arrived in Rome, I found a good store on the way to Montalcino. I will enjoy the vongole and pizza.

10/05/2025: Had dinner on 09/05, very kind and helpful staff, we had a tagliatella with ragù, a peposo and a wild boar. Everything was amazing, it's a shame I wasn't more hungry to try other dishes!! Thank you for letting us discover the wonderful Maremma cuisine!!

07/05/2025: Che dire ... il posto non è molto accogliente, un po' lugubre, con due lucette alle pareti; in effetti il proprietario e il cameriere, sembrerebbero coetanei, sugli ottanta, non sono il massimo dell'accoglienza. Ordiniamo un antipasto di salumi "insoliti", cervo, cinghiale e anatra, 3 fettine di ognuno, piatto unico x 2, con un carciofo sott'olio nel mezzo, buono, costo 40 euro ! poi due filetti alla griglia, piuttosto freddi, niente di esaltante, associati a due patate affettate e messe sulla griglia, (70 euro), due dessert. Totale 160 euro. Forse è l'ora che i due "simpatici" vecchietti cedano la mano ....

Leave the room to put your feet in the already warm sand of a spring morning: rich and varied breakfast buffet with local products in addition to the gluten free line (the chef's express cakes are delicious!). The surrounding lush pine forest offers that sense of peace that cannot be replicated elsewhere. Staying at the La Bussola hotel allows you to break away from the monotony of the city and find true relaxation. Kindness and courtesy in step with the times! To be repeated over and over again.
