The menu is varied and original, with Central American and Peruvian influences. Fresh, captivating flavors. A mix of cultures in the kitchen makes for a very pleasant experience. The wine list is good. Courteous, professional service is provided. Average prices.

24/05/2026: After the tour of the Giotto's Bell Tower and surrounding city center area, our tour director said any of our group could follow her to her favorite restaurant during the "free time" in Florence. We did, and glad we did. The restaurant is right by the market area and their pizza's were fantastic. The waitresses were very attendant and took care to make sure we were satisfied. I had my 24th Cappuccino of this 31 day trans-Atlantic cruise and still 6 more to go! Thanks to them if they read this review!

17/05/2026: I'm very pleased to leave this review. First of all, I'd like to point out that this restaurant WELCOMES DOGS. We arrived and the weather was terrible; unfortunately, both we and our dogs were soaked. The owners and the waiter immediately went out of their way to help, asking if we needed anything to dry them off, then brought a VERY CLEAN bowl and poured them water. All this was topped off with cuddles and compliments. The exquisiteness, elegance, and ability to approach the customer make the waiter extremely polite, attentive, but never intrusive. He explained the menu items in detail, advising us on the best options. The dishes are certainly not ordinary or popular; you can immediately see the knowledge and experience of a truly meticulous chef, attentive to color details. It's also interesting and intriguing when the presentation of a dish is visually striking and creative. Top marks for the food plating!!! Innovative combinations of ingredients of unquestionable quality. Highly sought-after raw materials. Prepare for culinary ecstasy, immersing yourself in the wonderful panoramic view before you. All accompanied by good music and a charming atmosphere. The wines are also excellent, fine. We tried a still white Capraia that perfectly enhanced our dishes. Even with desserts, the chef truly outdid himself. A restaurant that is anything but ordinary, for those who want to taste the best of the best. A restaurant that makes a difference. And exclusivity has a price, otherwise you'd go to an everyday trattoria. Right??!!

03/05/2026: We saw this place on Google Maps after we left the Ship Museum so we decided to go. We were only planning to stay for a quick bite and a Sprtitz. Service was amazing. We got small bites and multiple cocktails because we felt so welcomed and the atmosphere inside and out was cozy. Even got a free fan from ordering two Venturo Spritz (a deal they were doing during our visit) and with this heat, as a tourist, that is a must!! In the end everything was phenomenal!

12/06/2026: On my trip to Florence, I'd say this restaurant was my favorite. The pasta was incredibly good, spectacular. The dessert was also amazing; the tiramisu was a 10/10. My only complaint was the waiter who showed me to my table. He wasn't very friendly, but the food was so good that in the end, I didn't care whether he was nice or not.

I hadn't been back in years, perhaps because of the natural skepticism I have for places "too central," but I had to change my mind and really enjoyed it. We tried two simple pizzas, a Margherita and a salami, and they were truly delicious. Low-fat, crispy, and flavorful... ideal for those seeking this style and preferring to avoid the overly pronounced crusts found at other pizzerias in the city center. The space is spacious, so you can hear a bit of conversation, but the tables with high-backed wooden benches create niches, giving you a bit of privacy; it's comfortable. Special mention goes to the staff. The staff is friendly, approachable, and well-organized. The welcome is warm and friendly. Peering around the nearby tables, I saw some truly inviting fresh pasta dishes (made in-house)—a great alternative for those who prefer traditional cuisine. The tiramisu also seems to be a sure thing: a great reason to come back. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. It's a solid, no-frills choice. If you're downtown and want to play it safe and eat a good pizza without feeling like a tourist who needs ripping off, this is the place to be. I personally will be back.

20/03/2026: Recommended to us by staff at a local winery, we first appreciated the approach, which is summed up in the menu's introduction (see photo). Everything was good, with the artichoke steamed in apple cider vinegar being exceptional (according to those who ate it). We appreciated the value for money. Recommended.

07/06/2026: We booked a table for five for dinner. The restaurant was welcoming and clean. Two kind and smiling young women welcomed us, along with the equally kind owner, who helped us choose our dishes. Among other things, we enjoyed fettuccine with truffles, tortellicci with ricotta, Florentine meatballs, and peposo all'imprunetina, all of which were amazing. You could sense the care and love for their work. Super!
