12/04/2026: I had the wild boar, a standard dish, very dry, and a portion fit for a small bird. I don't think I'll go back.

31/03/2026: Visually, the place looked very authentic, but unfortunately, that's the only plus. Guests' preferences are irrelevant here. I asked for a Filetto al Brunello di Montalcino and specified that I wanted it well done. The waiter nodded and said it was perfect. But when the meat arrived, it was completely raw and rare inside, not even medium. I told the waiter that this wasn't the doneness I'd ordered, to which he responded with a "stunning" response: it was impossible to cook this steak well done. Why he hadn't told me this up front remains a mystery. He suggested I cut it into pieces and have it cooked that way. I agreed, happy that I'd finally get what I'd ordered, but disappointment awaited me here too. When they brought my dish again, the slices were cooked a bit more well done, right at medium. But still not well done. I didn't have the energy to argue anymore, and I was too hungry, so I ate them, but I'll be honest, I think this kind of service is disgusting. If a chef's morals, religion, or any other reason prevent him from preparing the meat the way a customer requests, they should at least warn them in advance (although I can't imagine why it's impossible to cook the meat properly; that's the bare minimum). I was angry, my impressions were completely negative, and I didn't enjoy the food at all.

In summer, you can also dine outdoors under a lemon trellis, creating a truly enchanting atmosphere. The menu is extensive, offering both seafood and meats – you're unlikely to be disappointed! Scallops with Spicy Mango and Sour Cream Ice Cream: This dish is truly amazing! The flavors blend perfectly, refreshing and sweet. Slow-cooked beef tongue with wild berries, Ndua sausage, and parsley aioli. The beef tongue was incredibly tender, and the sauce was rich and layered; definitely worth ordering. Spicy Scallops with Asparagus Cream and White Garlic. Baby squid and clams with asparagus cream and white garlic; overall okay, but slightly less memorable than the previous two dishes. SPAMS LAY LAY LAY LAY LAY LAY LAY LAY The handmade pasta has a fantastic texture, and the seafood is plentiful. It's the kind of dish that's consistently delicious. LAY LAY My first impression was: It looks so ugly? Will it taste good? But one bite and I was completely proven wrong! Paired with peas and bergamot sauce, it's incredibly refreshing and balanced. Beef tenderloin was very tender, and the doneness was perfect. The foie gras was a little too rich for me. Foie gras dessert was something I'd been wanting to try before I even came! The service was impeccable: elegant, professional, and endowed with a genuine warmth that makes you feel immediately at home. ​But the real star of the show was the cuisine, exquisite and of rare refinement. In particular, I must give immense praise to the cappellacci all'ossobuco: simply divine. I don't think I've ever tasted such a delicious, balanced, and flavorful dish; every bite was an explosion of flavors that literally enchanted me. ​A sensory experience that I highly recommend to anyone in Pitigliano. A must-try!

16/04/2026: As always, the experience was perfect, a great place to enjoy quality wine and delicious food. It's become a regular stop when we're in Pisa for work, always a guarantee. The wild boar pigeon is highly recommended; I've never tasted so good, it's worth the trip. The atmosphere is fantastic, down to the smallest details, from the table settings to the beautiful soft lighting and the impressive wine cellar. Highly recommended.

14/04/2026: Excellent restaurant with delicious pizza (including gluten-free!) located in Castel San Gimignano, centrally located and easily accessible, especially if you're traveling. Excellent service and very friendly and polite waiters. A bonus is the wide selection of gluten-free dishes and drinks, which are not always easy to find.

The homemade pici pasta is unbeatable, but I also recommend the chicken livers served with jam for an appetizer. The black cherry crème caramel for dessert was the best I've ever tasted. Plenty of vegetarian options, too. I can't wait to return!

06/05/2026: I went to Ristorante Daria on May 1st with friends and we couldn't have chosen better. We ate divinely: dishes crafted with attention to every detail and authentic flavors. It was a crescendo of flavors from appetizer to dessert. Compliments to the staff for their courteous and professional service. A tour of Montichiello is also highly recommended: a beautiful village with meticulous attention to detail, just like on postcards of Tuscany.

03/05/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Siena. I stopped by by chance, but I was very satisfied thanks to the quiet and sophisticated atmosphere. Although it is known as a steakhouse, I was disappointed that I couldn't try the steak due to time constraints; however, the pasta is also really delicious. I especially recommend the gnocchi made with shrimp, zucchini, and tomatoes, and the ravioli with tomato sauce. If I visit Siena again, I definitely want to try the steak. I would also like to thank the staff for their kind and warm welcome.

05/05/2026: We were served exquisitely in a welcoming atmosphere that showcases plant-based cuisine. The attention to ingredients is exceptional: their bruschetta, with homemade bread, Volterra olive oil, and the famous Volterra salt, is extraordinary in its simplicity. But the real highlight was the cotto di grano: a roasted wheat dish cooked so well that its texture and flavor were incredible. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to discover creative, succulent cuisine deeply rooted in the local area. We can't wait to return!
