16/09/2025: This was our first time in Florence, and our first time at this restaurant, recommended by a friend. This elegant location has a welcoming and classy (but not overly formal) atmosphere. Impeccable service, with detailed explanations of each dish. We tried the land tasting menu, but there's also an à la carte option. A wide selection of high-quality wines (with an underground cellar). Prices are in line with the quality of the dishes, and everything is delicious.

15/09/2025: A 10/10 service, very friendly waiters, and most importantly, the food is some of the best I've ever eaten. Delicate dishes and deep flavors with top-quality ingredients. 100% recommended.

23/08/2025: Really good restaurant! We went there without a reservation and they found a table for us. The staff was really friendly and we got really nice information on the menu. The food was also good.

22/08/2025: The atmosphere is incredible, with Latin music and even Latin American dishes. The service provided by the waitresses is impressive; they are very kind and respectful. Highly recommended, everything is 10/10.

20/08/2025: We had dinner there a few nights ago and it was a pleasant surprise! We ordered the tagliatelle with wild boar and parmesan mousse (really delicious) and the picanha steak with baked potatoes. Excellent quality, on another level! The dining room and service were very pleasant. Highly recommended.

19/08/2025: Very authentic. Best Tiramisu I have ever had. The owner who founded the place years ago comes and greets you once. The pasta is delicious. Make sure to ask for peperincino if you like spicy. House wine is pretty decent too. Very homely environment. All the staff are super nice. Make sure you be there at 11.50 am as the place opens at 12 and may ger crowded pretty soon, especially if you go during peak tourist season.

13/09/2025: Everything was perfect!! It's the perfect way to enjoy Italian cuisine all in one go. The seafood salad was absolutely delicious! I ordered medium-rare steak, and it was the best cooked and flavorful I've had in Europe. Highly recommended 👍

21/08/2025: We arrived in Florence around 10:30 p.m., hungry. The lady at the hotel reception recommended this restaurant, among others. We were thankfully given some dry bread, a Caprese made with half a tomato and mozzarella, a couple of meatballs in sauce, some water, and two-eighths of a glass of wine—for just under €160. We were very disappointed that our situation was exploited in this way and would not recommend this restaurant.

18/08/2025: We had a fantastic time at Il Baretto with amazing food and great service from Katya. The restaurant was a perfect balance between fine dining and cozy neighborhood restaurant. The service was friendly and the prices affordable.

05/09/2025: Based on the reviews I'd read, I expected something better, but the food quality wasn't up to par. The meat was decent, but nothing special, while the baked potatoes tasted like they were frozen. The outdoor seating is on a hairpin bend in the road: in a small town, that's fine, but if a lot of cars pass by, it gets pretty chaotic. Prices, as always, are insane!

14/09/2025: This cooking class was an amazing experience, a must when visiting Florence!!! The guide was so kind, funny and really dove into the Italian culture. The pasta and unlimited wine were amazing. We even made friends from the class!

13/09/2025: This cooking class was so much fun. Rafael was super knowledgeable and a great teacher. The wine was flowing and you got to enjoy your pasta at the end as well as a tiramisu that got made right in front of you. Definitely would recommend

19/08/2025: Last night I went to dinner with my partner. The place was clean and welcoming, and the owners were even more so. To say we ate divinely seems like an understatement. From the appetizer to the coffee, including the after-dinner drink, everything was sublime. The pasta and bread were handmade!!! We'll be back again tonight!!! Highly recommended! 13/08/2025: In the historic center of Siena, in a building dating back to 1270, the Gallo Nero restaurant offers a particularly interesting atmosphere, featuring modern pieces elegantly combined and perfectly contrasted with the brick vaults and resin floors. The food is top-quality, perfectly cooked, with surprising twists, creating a harmony of refined and carefully balanced flavors! We enjoyed the truly excellent five-course tasting menu. The wine selection is highly refined, with a focus on local produce and small, niche producers. The dining room staff is knowledgeable and empathetic, attentive to every detail, making guests feel cared for and pampered! Highly recommended!

16/09/2025: I discovered it thanks to 4 restaurants, which I liked on TV, and my husband took me there for our wedding anniversary!! Absolute tranquility, you feel a bit lost, which for me was a plus!!! Having breakfast in the village in absolute silence is priceless, and immediately afterward, sunbathing by the pool is the same...🤩☀️ From the building with the rooms to the restaurant, you have to walk along a small path. The room was cozy, rustic, with a large outdoor space. We ate wonderfully at the restaurant, delicious home cooking with exceptional ingredients! (The ice creams were truly delicious.) The staff were truly kind and helpful, even offering travel tips, and always smiling! We'll be back with the kids! Thanks, Monica

30/08/2025: A hotel built on the foundations of ancient stone houses, with new bathrooms and well-appointed, clean, and comfortable rooms. The restaurant serves breakfast, homemade cakes, delicious lunches and dinners, and friendly staff. Every detail is taken care of. A place to return to, right below the Caprese Michelangelo castle, home to the house where our great artist was born.

18/08/2025: We discovered this restaurant by chance and were absolutely thrilled. Delicious food and typical dishes, generous portions, a cozy atmosphere, very friendly service, and absolutely fantastic value for money. Highly recommended!

16/08/2025: A superb address in Florence! Tuscan recipes cooked with great finesse for exceptional results (acquacotta, stuffed rabbit). The authentic welcome, away from the tourist traps, is a great pleasure.
