Agricola Toscana In Firenze

The service was excellent; we were served by a very friendly and approachable young waiter who gave us great recommendations throughout our visit. The Bistecca alla Fiorentina is a must-try, along with the tiramisu, which has a perfect flavor and consistency. Definitely a place to return to!

We loved Agricola Toscana. The food was excellent, the deserts were amazing, and the service was outstanding. Our waiter was friendly, funny, and was trilingual in Italian, English and Spanish. Agricola Toscana came recommended by our hotel manager at Guest House Morandi, and we can see why. This eatery, located only blocks from the Duomo, combines a traditional Tuscan atmosphere with good Italian music and, most important, dishes that are native to the area like Tuscan tomato dry bread soup. Highly recommend the deserts, crafted in house, including the tiramisu and the cheesecake with walnuts and honey. Overall, a wonderful dining experience.

The staff were absolutely fantastic- helpful, accommodating, multilingual.They explained everything we asked and gave recommendations and suggestions. I’d give them 10 out of 5! The food was amazing and the desserts alone were worth the trip. We shared tiramisu and cheesecake - both were delicious and so different from what we are used in New York. Another 10 out of 5! Highly recommend this restaurant if you want to taste the real flavors of Tuscany!

Three friends and I went for lunch two days ago, passing through Florence to attend a concert. The restaurant is easy to find, very well-maintained, and serves traditional Florentine cuisine. We opted for two appetizers (a mixed platter of cured meats, cheeses, and crostini, and a tartare with dried tomatoes and stracciatella, both excellent) and then shared a Florentine steak. The meat was first presented to us raw, and we were told its weight, the length of time it was aged, the breed it came from, and the cut's characteristics. We appreciated the choice to serve it already escalope-cut and cooked naturally (with flaked salt on the side), a sign of complete confidence in the product's quality. The dishes were served slightly warm so as not to dilute the flavor, which is how you work best. The desserts were also excellent. Finally, kudos to the wait staff who, despite managing over 40 guests, served us punctually, with kindness, and professionalism (especially in guiding us in our wine selection). If I ever have the chance, I'll gladly return. Total price: €75 per person, which I consider absolutely fair and well-deserved. Greetings from the four carnivores from Verona!

We and two friends ate here in May for an amazing dinner. The staff, food and shop was first class! An excellent ristorante to have an amazing meal away from all the touristy places. Next time we are back are eating here again for sure. -DrJerry and Dr. Pamela

We ate very well, and you could tell there was a lot of passion behind the food: it was nice to discuss and learn something new. It will be a regular stop when we return to Florence.
