Expectations were high and were met on all fronts: excellent hospitality, top-quality food, and excellent meat. It's a shame about the unjustifiably high cover charge: there were no tablecloths, and the knife served for the Florentine steak was serrated. The welcome appetizer was not served. The Florentine steak, however, was truly the best I've ever had. Highly recommended.

Centrally located and easily accessible. The menu offers a wide variety of options and interesting combinations, and the portions are generous. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the space is a little cramped.

It was a wonderful experience. I came to this restaurant based on a recommendation from an Italian blogger on Xiaohongshu. The service was exceptionally good, the most welcoming service I've encountered in Florence these past few days! The food was also delicious; the steak portions were generous and the meat was tender and juicy!

My boyfriend and I went there with our big dog for lunch, having come to Florence specifically for the steak, and I have to say we found it spectacular! Besides the food (the crostini were delicious, too), Adriana in the dining room was truly kind; it's lovely to find such smiling and friendly people! Thank you so much for your hospitality, we'll definitely be back!

31/03/2026: A truly wonderful restaurant in a city of wonderful restaurants. Ranging from exceptional Tuscan dishes to Asian/Spanish fusion, Caffe has become one of my favorites. Service exceeds expectations. Amazing wine list. Creative, delicious dishes. The cherry on the cake is the amazing Arno/sunset views.
