29/11/2025: I had the most amazing time hosting a retreat for my business at La Chiusa. It was the most magical time. The owners were incredible, and the staff perfectly helpful and kind. We did many of the in house activities like olive oil tasting, truffle hunting, cooking classes etc. and we absolutely loved every single experience. If you plan a trip to La Chiusa, you will not be disappointed. It was a trip of a lifetime!
31/10/2025: Warm and helpful staff. Our room was in rustic Tuscany style and comfortable. There is a walking trail passing through vineyards offering nice views of Tuscany rolling hills, and we enjoyed our morning walks there. We enjoyed our daily breakfast, but regrettably, missed out on having dinner at the restaurant because it was fully booked for the evening.

10/10/2025: We'd seen good reviews of this place, and it was about 10 km from where we were staying, so we decided to go, and it was a great choice. The food was superb, the waiters were very attentive, and the prices were very reasonable. It also has parking at the entrance, which is a great bonus. I think we'll return in the few days we have left here.

The preparation of both the dining room and kitchen staff was evident;
The location was meticulously designed down to the smallest detail: clothes racks, electric heaters, round tables, quality chairs, and soft lighting, perfect for an intimate evening with your partner or friends. The choice of tableware was not to be underestimated: plates, glasses, and even the coffee cups were special. Nothing was left to chance. The place was truly welcoming and well-maintained, and the cuisine was sublime. Highly recommended. A truly memorable experience.

Thanks to Salvatore, who welcomed us warmly, and Manuela, who captivated our palates in the kitchen. 🤪 We ordered a menu with a first course, second course, and side dish, and we ate every dish with gusto.

10/11/2025: I've been to Trattoria Sabatino three times and have loved it every time. Even though you have to wait in line (I recommend arriving before opening), it's absolutely worth it: the quality and quantity of the food are excellent. It's true home cooking, like grandma used to make; typical Tuscan dishes, authentic and full of flavor. The prices are incredible, especially for Florence. You share tables with other people, which makes the experience even more pleasant and convivial. The staff is friendly and relaxed, despite the large influx of customers. A true gem in Florence!
09/11/2025: What can I say... One of the last remaining trattorias of the past, simple but well-cooked dishes. The menu changes daily based on the season, such as the excellent pumpkin ravioli, plus a few set dishes like the truly delicious pork loin.
You don't have to book and you have to wait in line, but that's fine; it's all part of the experience. The prices are truly reasonable for the quality offered. Never change Sabatino!

Pici with artichokes (which I absolutely recommend) was truly amazing!!
My son had the duck breast and was very, very satisfied. The place is very small, with a Tuscan inn feel, the owner is friendly and kind, and the dishes are freshly prepared with care and passion, which you can taste in the flavors. I highly recommend it, and I hope to see you soon!
04/11/2025: A warm welcome awaits you at this restaurant, which isn't very large but serves good quality food, especially the fried cod.
The wine is also excellent.
I recommend it.

06/11/2025: Old world feel with photos of guests over the years on the wall. We were there at lunch in late September. The owner was there greeting everyone and taking orders. He let us know what was fresh that day, he was very helpful and the food was delicious. Very comfortable setting.

02/12/2025: We came across this place purely by chance, but it was the best decision! We tried the BISTECCA FIORENTINA and it was the best steak I've had in a while, it just melted in your mouth, yet had a crispy crust, an incredible combination, very tasty, the house wine was also easy to drink and we were very satisfied, the service was good.
We were very satisfied with the price and the whole experience here, if you want to try real local cuisine then I can definitely advise you to come here!
