06/03/2026: Magnificent place. Top-notch staff. Always ready to help. We arrived after the restaurant had closed, but they waited for us. We had the restaurant all to ourselves. We highly recommend it. The location is superb. The room was magnificent. All the employees are exemplary. Exceptionally kind. Everything was perfect.

12/01/2026: We had an amazing time at La Chuisa, being very new to Italy, the staff were very helpful, especially Andrea who went above and beyond to look after us. The views and location amazing! Close to the little village of Montefellonico. The cooking class with Nonna was so memorable! Our only issues was when we called the hotel for assistance and couldn’t get a hold of them a couple of times, Also no tea and coffee in the room.

03/01/2026: We had a lovely stay for one night being on the way to Rome. Great service on arrival at 8pm. Very comfortable bed. Nice big shower. The food was excellent and the service very friendly and professional in the Resto as well.

24/11/2025: An incredible experience. We were recommended this restaurant by friends from Florence, and honestly, we were so lucky to discover it. Gerardo's attentiveness and friendly service, the quality of the fresh, expertly prepared ingredients, the quality and variety of the wines... We'll definitely be back.

12/11/2025: A small seafood restaurant in the heart of the San Niccolò neighborhood. Outdoor seating and a few indoor dining areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent raw seafood and baked fish. Extensive wine list. Average prices. I returned after a year and found the quality of the dishes to have improved. A place I'll return to often when I'm craving a good seafood dinner in a pleasant atmosphere.

04/11/2025: Stunning location, right on the beach in Marina di Campo. A regular stop for the past five years, we've been coming for both lunch and dinner. Quality ingredients, courtesy, and professionalism. See you next year!

06/02/2026: Our favorite place since they opened. From appetizers to desserts, everything is divine! The pizzas are fabulous, the one with freshly grated truffle on top is special. The owners are always very kind and the atmosphere, especially the outdoor one, is wonderful. Dining with a view of the illuminated castle is a magical atmosphere. 10 out of 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

27/01/2026: They use a lot of spices, and the flavor of the fish was completely lost; it was as if I were eating a mix of spices. I wish Italian culinary tradition were more important than the appearance of the food. The tiramisu had no flavor, and the biscuit inside was completely dry. I've never had such a bad tiramisu. I don't recommend it👎

08/03/2026: There were four of us, and we ate two Florentine steaks with a side of fried artichokes and drank an excellent bottle of Chianti. The meat was very well cooked and decidedly tender, and the artichokes were absolutely spectacular, as they weren't the usual fried ones, but rather something special. The service was prompt, attentive, and extremely friendly. Excellent value for money! We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Siena. Highly recommended!!! 👏👏

10/03/2026: My husband and I were staying just around the corner at Palazzo Alfani, and they highly recommended Ristorante Accademia. Coming from Canada, it was great to get local recommendations, and it certainly lived up to the advance billing. The evening we went there was a large group dining as well, and we saw some great looking pizza heading there way from the wood fired oven, so we added that as an appetizer, along with the Mushroom Strudel. For mains, we had the Steak Florentine and Chicken Parmigiana. Pietro, our server, was very welcoming and engaging, and super helpful in selecting some of their specialties. Gianni, the owner, also stopped by to check on how we were doing. The food was wonderful, and everyone was very friendly. It felt like dining with family! Wish we had more time to go back for a pizza making class with Pietro, I'm sure it would be a blast. Something to look forward to for next time!

04/11/2025: Had an excellent meal with a group. The service was superb with the manager being incredibly hospitable and welcoming. She made sure we were looked after while we were waiting for a late arrival. The food itself with superb, the arancini special antipasto and rabbit secondi were exceptional. All of the group agreed that this was the best restaurant we'd eaten at during our many visits to Certaldo.

26/12/2025: A lucky find, since not many restaurants are open on Christmas Eve. The atmosphere was a bit subdued, perhaps because we were the only customers. The English translation of the menu was incorrect, and what we wanted to order was either not available or simply not on the menu. Wine prices were only listed per bottle. In the end, we ordered three portions of pisi with duck ragu—the food was delicious! All's well that ends well!

05/11/2025: This is a must-visit in the area. The food is FANTASIC and the owner is one of a kind. It was our son's birthday and she really made sure he had an extra special evening! This was one of the absolute highlights of our trip. Outstanding!
