30/09/2025: What a fantastic and genuine experience! This is a rare find—a restaurant that manages to be both refined and genuinely welcoming. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel completely at ease, creating an atmosphere that was both comfortable and elegant. The table service was attentive and friendly, adding to the wonderful vibe. ​The food was absolutely outstanding, and you could taste the passion in every dish. The star of the show was undoubtedly the pulpo. It was tender, perfectly seasoned, and grilled to perfection, a true testament to the kitchen's skill. What really sets this place apart, though, is the open kitchen. Watching the chefs at work was a treat. You could see the joy and pride on their faces as they prepared each plate. They weren't just cooking; they were clearly having fun, and that energy translated directly into the incredible food on our table. ​This is the kind of place you'll want to come back to again and again. It's fine dining without the fuss, where great food, a wonderful atmosphere, and exceptional service are the top priorities. Highly recommended!

15/10/2025: Locanda di Baccalamanza (wedding on October 10, 2025) We fell in love with Locanda di Baccalamanza as soon as we saw it: we didn't feel the need to look elsewhere, because it was the place we had always imagined. Antonella and Enrico welcomed us with warmth, helpfulness, and rare professionalism, making us immediately feel at home. We chose the carob garden, an intimate and refined location, where the green lawn is illuminated by a thousand strings of light bulbs. The soft lighting and natural elegance of the space created a magical and sophisticated atmosphere. We opted for a modern, lounge style, avoiding traditional static tables, to create a dynamic and youthful reception, just how we wanted it. The staff was impeccable: discreet, attentive, and always smiling. Everyone felt at ease, and every request—even last-minute ones—was met with kindness and precision. A special thanks goes to Antonella, who, with her sensitivity and passion, managed to convey warmth and emotion, making our wedding truly unique and unforgettable.

04/10/2025: I work there often, photographing some of the weddings held at the inn. I've always had a great experience, the staff is always extremely kind and helpful, the food is delicious, lunch and dinner times are respected to perfection, and the spaces are well-maintained and elegant. I highly recommend it.

24/10/2025: Excellent and attentive service without being intrusive! Multilingual and very friendly and patient with questions about the dishes. Very good food, a large selection, including regional dishes. Beautifully set tables and a delicious red wine. In summer, a fantastic view from the terrace of Dargali below, both day and night. We come here regularly and always enjoy eating here. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ Since we live nearby, we can't rate the hotel, but it's very romantic, and the drive up the mountain is worth it.

12/10/2025: A great place to stay for a hiking holiday, nestled in a virtually untouched landscape with numerous hiking opportunities. Guests feel welcome here, and excellent traditional Sardinian cuisine is served with very attentive service (even with half-board). Creative and healthy packed lunches are prepared for hikes. We felt very comfortable during our stay and would happily recommend this hotel!

16/11/2025: Excellent food, beautifully plated, and decent portions. The place wasn't exactly spotless, with a few cobwebs and a bit of a mess near the bathrooms. The bill was fair, prices were average. I should start by saying that the room was empty; there were seven of us. The overall experience would have been more than positive if it hadn't been for the waitress's attitude when I told her we wouldn't be splitting the bill equally, but rather based on our orders. From that moment on, the waitress never left the table, appearing nervous and impatient, seeming annoyed that we were arguing among ourselves and, to boot, meddling in our accounts. This attitude left us very perplexed, ruining the good feeling we were feeling when we left the table. Service: 0. Too bad...

06/11/2025: We stayed in Pula for 3 weeks and had dinner and aperitivi here on a number of occasions. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and we always received a warm welcome. The food was excellent. I would highly recommend, we loved it!

20/10/2025: We spontaneously dined here with six people. The service and food were excellent. Beautiful cloth napkins, and the cutlery was changed after each course—very attentive. Pizza, pasta, tuna, and dessert—everything was delicious.

14/10/2025: I have already ordered various dishes several times; they are authentic, fresh, well-seasoned and very tasty.

10/11/2025: We've been coming for years and the food is always delicious, plentiful, and varied. A sure bet!

17/09/2025: The location offers a beautiful view, but it's far from the city, so a car is necessary. The hotel is good for a weekend getaway, as there's no on-site entertainment. The breakfast was poor and identical throughout our seven-day stay. On the plus side, it was quiet and had plenty of space by the pool.

15/09/2025: Very good stay. Quiet hotel, great breakfast with a magnificent view. On the outskirts of Olbia and next to Pittulongu beach (book sunbeds with the hotel cat for a great rate and free parking). A receptionist speaks French and was lovely when we had some small problems and made calls for us in Italian. We will return to this establishment!

08/11/2025: Excellent and absolutely not to be missed. Family atmosphere. High-quality food, well-presented, and above all, delicious. The photos speak for themselves. The price is right for the quality. Attentive, friendly, and fast staff.

28/10/2025: The welcome was rather cold and the service unpleasant. The dishes were decent but lacked real taste or distinctive flavor. The prices are reasonable and the portions adequate, but overall the experience lacked warmth and enjoyment.

27/10/2025: Sentence with an x... that was probably nothing! I have no idea what the dish was called, it was basically goulash. Not good! 20 euros for a few dry chunks of meat. Mixed salad... no no no, I'm used to that from Italy. All in all, 108 euros for 3 people... what a shame!

13/10/2025: The location is fairly average and the service friendly, nothing to complain about, but when it came to the bill, I was in for a nasty surprise. We ate mixed meat appetizers, shared meat first courses, and suckling pig, spending over €70 each. With house wine. Exorbitantly priced.
