The food was delish (memorable even!) and the service very good. We were treated to a delicious amuse-bouche to start followed by a great, and good value for $, wine recommendation. We were a group of 7 with differing dishes, and serving times and they handled it with aplomb. Beats mediocre pizza anyday of the week. Highly recommend!

A truly memorable dinner at La Zattera.
It's been a long time since I've found a restaurant that so successfully combines Sardinian identity with contemporary, refined cuisine, with subtle yet never overbearing Japanese influences.
The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and very welcoming. From the start, we felt cared for with great attention and professionalism. A special mention goes to Marco, who served us throughout the evening with extreme cordiality, expertise, and passion, sincerely recommending our dishes and guiding us through a truly successful experience.
We started with a bottle of white wine and several appetizers to share. The raw seafood was spectacular: red shrimp, red tuna, and especially the amberjack, incredibly fresh and impeccably prepared. The raw amberjack with melon dashi and shiso oil was one of the dishes that most impressed me for its balance, delicacy, and originality.
The zucchini carpaccio with goat cheese and fresh truffle was also exceptional: a seemingly simple dish, but with a truly high-quality ingredient. The first and most remarkable exploration of flavors. It's clear that the restaurant focuses on fresh, local, and carefully selected ingredients, reinterpreting them with modern techniques and a strong culinary identity.
For main courses, we had grilled red mullet with dashi beurre blanc and coriander and meagre fillet with fava bean hummus and fried leek. Both dishes were perfectly cooked, balanced, and very elegant in flavor.
The final dessert was the perfect end to the dinner: grilled watermelon with matcha caramel, a creative, light, and surprising dessert.
An extremely positive experience from every perspective. A restaurant that doesn't seek unnecessary special effects, but rather works with great intelligence on quality, technique, and the identity of the local area. We will definitely return.

DIVINE Experience!! Rating 10/10
After being greeted very kindly by one of the staff and sitting at my table, I asked for advice on the house delicacies. I must admit, I was truly impressed by the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Each course was perfectly balanced and bursting with flavors that unfolded in my mouth in perfect harmony! Every dish became my new favorite. I had the tuna tartare served with the freshest bottarga, which blew me away, and crispy fried rice that added a touch of innovation and class to the whole thing. I also had a Camone tomato salad, which I was surprisingly impressed by the deliciousness of its simplicity. The lobster linguine was a 12/10, and to top it all off, a grilled red mullet, which, due to my greed, was already gone before I could even photograph it! Everything was truly special. I walked in feeling like a pipe had exploded in my house and left with a smile plastered on my face! This place is everything a restaurant should be! I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.
