We spent two weeks in Palau and this was the nicest and most complete dining experience we had. The service and hospitality were spot on, attentive but not intrusive, and all the food was lovely - the grilled calamari was wonderful - I had it both evenings - the starters of marinated mussels and the monkfish Catalan were a delight, as was the grilled sea bass. We ate here our last two evenings and it was a delightful way to bring our holiday to a close.

It has a very good pizza with excellent quality dough. I highly recommend the SFIZIOSA pizza! 🍕 The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant, and the staff is friendly.

This family owned restaurant is a gem. The pasta and squid were simply the best we had in our two weeks traveling Sardinia. We went a second time and were treated like regulars. We highly recommend Bitto!

19/03/2026: A seafood restaurant like many others in the area. We didn't eat badly, but nothing that particularly thrilled us. Prices are medium-high.
05/01/2026: We had already fallen in love with the dishes in the summer... so we decided to do New Year's Eve there too... the cuisine was spectacular and so were the owners... wonderful, super welcoming people... thank you
