The restaurant is friendly. The spaghetti with shrimp tartare is absolutely incredible and to die for, by far the best dish I've had at Sans Teodoro. Unfortunately, the calzone had very few ingredients. The service was good, considering there are only two measly waitresses for all the people there!

The best food in San Teodoro. We had tagliatelle ragu , tagliolini with garlic and more. All the food was delicious.

We ate here yesterday and, as always, were very satisfied. The service staff were very friendly, the food arrived very quickly, and was also very tasty. We can't at all understand the review of the guests from a week ago (Claudi lets fetz), who received the wrong food twice and had a heated argument with the waiter. It's a shame about the bad experience. We've eaten here so many times and have never had a bad experience, so we will eat here again in the future.

Highly recommended restaurant, we were here for several consecutive evenings and had a great time, the food was excellent (compliments to the chef) and the staff were very kind and helpful (even though there were only two of us) ☺️

22/04/2026: Aethos Sardinia is simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was genuinely warm and personal, setting the tone for everything that followed. The property itself is breathtaking, perched above the northern Sardinian coastline with sweeping views of the ocean. The infinity pool is an absolute must during your stay, as is the spa, where the treatments are nothing short of delightful. Aethos strikes a rare balance of luxury and ease. Every detail, from the design to the service, reflects a thoughtful commitment to hospitality. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
22/04/2026: My goodness, what a wonderful place to stay. We arrived late in the evening on the second day of the season opening. Everything was ready for us and everything was immaculate. The whole stay was perfect. The room was beautiful. The view incredible. The food in the restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner were all exquisite. Every single member of staff from the most senior to the most junior were very attentive, helpful and friendly. They simply could not do enough for us. And we could not have asked for anything more. We will be coming again and again.

07/07/2025: Ci è stato consegnato un piatto diverso da quanto ordinato ma buonissimo … quindi va bene lo stesso
05/07/2025: Sulla piazzetta di Baja. Location suggestiva al tramonto. Spaghetti allo scoglio molto ricchi di pesce e cotti al punto giusto. Anche bottarga e vongole un gustosissimo primo. Hanno anche la pizza direi non male ( ho assaggiato da mio figlio). Servizio efficiente e cortese. Prezzi diciamo nella media di Baja, siamo cmq in costa Smeralda. Va provato.
