Dinner in Palau. The restaurant is about an 8-10 minute walk from the center. We tried the platter of very good quality cured meats, although it was a shame there were only three small portions of cheese. The grilled octopus was delicious. Finally, we tried the fregola, a first for us. It's a must for two, and the seasoning is excellent.

A very quiet restaurant where you can have all kinds of food. You can go and have a pizza or opt for baked fish, which will be equally delicious. You can tell they offer high-quality dishes.
The service is generally good, although I wasn't impressed when, to clear my plate, they placed two on another table with all the leftover food and only took mine, leaving my partner's plate behind. After taking mine, they came back for their own plate and left the cutlery. Then they returned and collected the cutlery, leaving the oil and empty bottles. Finally, on the fourth trip, they managed to clear everything and bring the dessert menu.
Maybe they were still learning, I don't know. But honestly, that was easily overlooked compared to everything else; it was a perfect 10. The food was delicious, and the service was incredibly friendly. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back. The mussels were amazing, and the pizzas were too.

I tried the caponata and the bread, which were very good, but the buffalo mozzarella pizza (which I ate because I was hungry) could be improved. I found it too oily, the mozzarella wasn't particularly good (it tasted like mozzarella, not buffalo mozzarella), and the pizza dough was
rather "cardboard-like."
