22/04/2026: We booked this restaurant based on the excellent reviews and were not disappointed. The very kind chef offered us a truly excellent all-fish menu. He prepared hot and cold appetizers, followed by calamarata, and for the shared main course, a truly delicious sea bass with artichokes. The fried sweets filled with sheep's milk ricotta were delicious, as per Sardinian tradition. The house white wine from a local producer was excellent. The bill was €55 per person.

09/06/2026: Fish dishes, some original, are perfectly prepared. Attentive service and fair prices. The location is intimate and elegant. If you're not looking for a sea view at all costs but are looking for quality food, this is an excellent choice.

10/06/2026: Superb experience - Marino and the rest of the staff were perfect hosts, warm but relaxed, attentive but giving you space to enjoy your meal. The food was fantastic, and the attention to detail was brilliant - when my wife and I shared a dish, instead of bringing out the dish for us both to enjoy, it was split and beautifully presented across two plates. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a special experience in Cagliari. Grazie tutti!

02/06/2026: Beware of tourist traps! We absolutely cannot understand the previous, overwhelmingly positive reviews. The food here is simply overpriced and not good. They serve tiny portions, the filling of the tortelloni was an unidentifiable, dry mass, and the fish carpaccio tasted of nothing. Only the lamb was edible, albeit a bit too rare. Definitely not recommended for a high-quality gourmet evening in beautiful Cagliari. Only the service was very attentive, but unfortunately, this did not compensate for the abysmal quality of the food.

08/06/2026: Best place ever, but unfortunately we only discovered it on our last evening. Excellent selection of different dishes and the waiters provide information about today's specials, etc.

08/06/2026: We were a group for breakfast. Admittedly, the food was delicious. However, two people went to get ice cream next door after breakfast, and the staff seemed annoyed that they were eating it right next to the sidewalk. I suppose I understand, but shooing away people who had just eaten breakfast there while the rest of the group was still finishing theirs? I don't know, it's a bit debatable.

11/06/2026: I'm now reviewing this restaurant where my wife, daughter, and I dined at the end of May. We had the honor and pleasure of being served by Renzo (who passed away a few days ago). He was a man of rare empathy and professionalism. The news left us in disbelief. The food was excellent and the service incredibly friendly. While Luca was bringing us appetizers, my daughter turned to me and said, "It's been a long time since I've had gratinated mussels," the expression of a simple desire. As dinner continued, Luca approached us with a plate full of gratinated mussels (not on the menu) and said, "I spoke with the girl and prepared them for you." For this alone, the restaurant is worth a visit because you're treated not just like a customer but like family. 03/05/2026: I've driven past dozens of times and never stopped except for a coffee. This time, lunch. And what a lunch! I decline the set menu, since I'm not hungry enough, and instead opt for the à la carte menu: Chiusoni (a kind of dotted fresh pasta gnocchi) with wild boar ragù, saffron, and mushrooms; stewed goat, seada with honey, wine, water, and coffee for a total of €25. Food quality: excellent. Service quality: excellent. Excellent value. Now I understand why Su Passu, despite being on the SS. 125, between Quartucciu and Burcei, is busier than many metropolitan restaurants. Quality pays off. Highly recommended. A si biri.

27/04/2026: A great place with a Sardinian atmosphere. Friendly service and excellent coffee. I highly recommend stopping in for lunch, coffee, and a beer.

07/06/2026: Stopped here for coffee and dessert Service was kind and polite, attentive Prices were acceptable Both the dessert and coffee tasted amazing Sat outside on the street and it was wonderful. Will be back to try other things on the menu

06/06/2026: The restaurant was closed during lunch hours on Saturday but open in the evening. We had lunch next door at Kastedu. Everything correct there!

03/04/2026: The service was incredibly warm and friendly, with excellent recommendations for food and wine. Sardinian appetizers, not your standard antipasti. Besides the appetizers, the pasta and dessert were all homemade, and the fish was perfectly cooked with a subtle sauce. What more could you ask for?

03/01/2026: We had dinner on January 2nd. Tuna tartare, baby octopus alla diavola, and braised polenta. Everything was excellent. The welcome was what you'd expect in places like this. Delicious desserts, and a friendly, attentive atmosphere. I'll be back.

12/04/2026: Excellent restaurant, impeccable atmosphere and service, excellent and very fresh food! I've been a customer for years and have always had a great experience, welcomed like family. Today I returned to celebrate my daughter's confirmation and the food was fantastic! A wide selection of appetizers, first courses, second courses, and excellent desserts, with great prices to suit every need! I can't wait to go back!!

16/10/2025: Lovely atmosphere and welcoming atmosphere. We had mussel soup as an appetizer and grilled sea bass and vegetables as a main course. The food was excellent. However, the total bill was a bit disappointing. The quality/price ratio was too low for the location and the outskirts of town.

14/10/2025: I stopped in for a quick lunch after reading the reviews. The welcome was warm and the place was nice. I ordered a seafood salad, completely tasteless and of questionable quality, and some roasted cuttlefish, which were neither good nor bad.

05/04/2026: We had lunch on Easter Sunday, and they had a set menu. We were served a full menu, including drinks, service charge, and coffee. A true delight, everything excellent in quality and quantity. The service was impeccable, and if we're ever in the area, we'll definitely be back.

06/11/2025: Visited one evening in early October with many foreign guests in a cheerful but not noisy atmosphere. The service was attentive and friendly, with excellent, beautifully presented dishes of sublime flavor. The suckling pig and desserts were fantastic. The prices were slightly above average, but in line with the high level of cuisine. The place is very unique, but once you're seated, you immediately feel at ease. Recommended...

05/06/2026: A very positive experience at this small restaurant in the San Benedetto neighborhood. The place is modern and welcoming, as is the extremely kind and cheerful owner! The menu offers both a business lunch that changes weekly and an à la carte menu. The seafood dishes are exquisite; you can immediately taste the fresh ingredients and that each dish is cooked to bring out the individual flavors with great balance. The prices are absolutely average and fair for the generous portions! I will definitely be back!

30/04/2026: I had a very bad experience. The meat tasted burnt, with the classic black grill marks that were too pronounced. The fillet was stringy and flavorless. They also completely miscooked it: I asked for it to be cooked a specific way, and it came out different. The service was also very negative: when I asked for the peppers not to be included in the mixed grilled vegetables, the waitress responded with a firm "no," without even trying to check with the kitchen or offer an alternative. The prices were high for the quality. Overall a bad experience; I wouldn't recommend it.
