We have stayed here a few times over the years and the place never ceases to impress. A family run hotel with friendly staff and with amazing service and facilities. The food is exquisite, both at the terrace bar or more formally in the restaurant. And there's nothing better than relaxing by the infinity pool or by the pristine beach with its crystal blue water. If you do plan a trip to Sardinia, then you must stay here even if it's just for the night.

17/11/2023: I have to compliment the staff, in particular the kindest lady on the front desk whose service was the highlight of our trip after our second hotel fell through, she allowed us to extend our stay in their last remaining room which saved our holiday. They also had the best food from our trip. The seafood and wine were particularly good. The rooms and the spa were very clean. Will be going back!

17/02/2024: Waiter at the table Paolo, kind and helpful, everything else normal, as it is a place located in a town that is not easy to reach, they should offer a menu that is worth going there for.

28/01/2024: We stopped for breakfast, we had two poached eggs with bacon and toast, two cappuccinos, two glasses of water and an orange juice. Excellent quality-price, service and environment :) we will be back!

09/02/2024: To be honest, based on reviews, I expected a lot. But the food was from average to really bad. The Culurgiones primi was the only one thing we really liked. Then the pasta was really average and the beef steak I got was almost unable to be chewed and I almosed choked on one piece because I was not able to process it. It was really undercooked but even then the steak meat should normally be tender. The service did not care much about us, in the end we waited like 30 minutes to ask for coffee. Really bad experience.

03/12/2023: Bellissima esperienza avuta di recente al ristorante La Capannina. Posto stupendo per potersi godere un'ottimo pasto a base di pesce, situato tra la stagno di Tortoli ed la bellissima spiaggia della Capannina. I proprietari ed il personale sono estremamente gentili ed accoglienti, servendoci una grande varieta' di antipasti e primi piatti - tutto squisito! Mai mangiata un'insalata di polpi cosi' buona!! Esperienza assolutamente da raccomandare per tutti coloro che amano il pesce e vogliono godersi un pasto di altissima qualita', ma anche per coloro che desiderano provare piatti nuovi e tipici del posto. Un'altra cosa da notare e' che il locale e' aperto tutti i giorni della settimana per pranzo, mentre per cena soltanto il venerdi' ed il sabato.

12/09/2023: It is a good restaurant located on a splendid plateau. The food is good but I've found better in the area. The maloreddus with ricotta and saffron were practically tasteless, as were the second courses. Good cured meats. I would go back anyway.

16/10/2023: Had dinner there and was very disappointed. Culurgiones filled with Pecorino and Menta didn't taste a bit of Menta! My mini polpo in sauce was OK. Main course: Cozze was very disappointing in taste, the ribs from the "Pecora" pure fat and little meat... little seasoning... (2 ribs and a bone to nibble on) €23.00. The dessert TIRAMISU was OK Amaretto biscuit in pudding was a NO-GO for me! We paid with drinks carafe of wine 1/2l 1water1beer €99.50! I've eaten better than a native Sardinian.

13/10/2023: A solid restaurant. However, not as pretty and romantic as on some advertising posters. The grilled suckling pig was tasty, but there were too many pieces of bone on the plate that had to be gnawed off. This can be done better. The tiramisu was amazing!!

16/10/2023: Very nice and welcoming place by the sea, the food is good both cuisine and pizza, the service needs to be improved especially in the evenings with entertainment, karaoke and dancing, where there is a full house!!! Prices are slightly high but on special evenings you can spend your money willingly. Advise!

26/09/2023: Beautiful place (even if in the dune), sophisticated food, we ate an excellent starter, and a mixed fry that wasn't up to par.

28/03/2024: I had dinner with friends, we enjoyed various crudités and an encore of exquisite seafood first courses, excellent quality/price. Cristian treated us like royalty and the dining room staff were kind and knowledgeable, I recommend this place!

18/03/2024: Nice and super friendly. The food is spectacular, with a unique taste, both for land and sea dishes. Try the local specialties! Super recommended and at reasonable prices.

03/10/2023: Super cozy bar with a world class view. We would have liked to come to eat more often but unfortunately we were not served. After 40 minutes we weren't even asked what we wanted to drink even though there were only 4 other guests there. A pity....

05/01/2024: I come every year on holiday in Sardinia between Bari Sardo and Cardedu, and I often come to eat in this pizzeria, not just for the pizza, there are many delicacies to try, the desserts are also good. Excellent price quality.

20/10/2023: We actually came here as a plan b but so glad we did! The pizza was amazing and the service was outstanding. The views from this place are really cool too

23/12/2023: We come to the motorhome site in Marina di Tertenia in the early and late season, so it's a good idea to go to Samola for lunch. As often as we've eaten there, it's always tasted very good, whether it's fish, meat or a variety of pasta dishes a pleasure and also very cheap. Gianni and his team are excellent hosts We are already looking forward to the next trip there

09/11/2023: We enjoyed it very much! The service was super friendly and helpful. Everyone at the table found something they enjoyed eating. The chef and his team are great. We'd love to come back.
