16/10/2025: What can I say? The staff was fantastic, especially Cristina, who was so sweet and professional. The food was delicious, everything from the pizza to the fish. The place was very nice and clean.

When first checking in the owner even gave her parking space to us (I was floored by her kindness). The breakfast was solid and the restaurant was a nice and good value. I highly recommend the hotel.

18/10/2025: A little disappointing overall. The website constantly crashes. It took over 30 attempts to secure a table. The only option left for an early dinner on my birthday was at the Bistrot Garden. My biggest concern was how poorly my food allergy was handled. I had to ask five times whether the dishes brought to me were safe. Three of them contained ingredients I cannot eat and could have put me in hospital. At this level, I would expect the kitchen to offer a suitable alternative or a simple sauce adjustment, especially on a €110 starter. Most restaurants of this calibre handle dietary restrictions with care and professionalism, often suggesting safe bread or sides. The main courses were also underwhelming. My husband’s king crab arrived lukewarm, while mine was so hot it burned my lips. I mentioned the temperature issue twice before the manager came over felt confrontational at this point, and we were still charged for the dishes I didn’t eat/ The wine selection was the saving grace, with excellent options and knowledgeable service from the sommelier. We left feeling unsatisfied and still hungry. Not the experience we had hoped for, especially given the price and reputation.

The cleanliness of the place was almost nonexistent; the waiter's hair oil was probably used to fry the fries before clearing the menus. Not to mention the long wait for food, which was inexplicable.

03/10/2025: We ate here two nights in a row during our stay at Cala Gonone! The pizza was absolutely delicious and the service was great too! We had takeaway one night and ate it on the beach and then the next night we dined in. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re in Cala Ganone!

07/10/2025: I don't know if it's due to language or cultural differences, but I felt a bit discriminatory towards Asians, and the service was rather poor. It's rare to see customers being made to wait outside the restaurant after entering. I even asked three times if I could be seated, and they just said "wait here," which felt a bit disrespectful. The T-bone steak was average, alright. At 94 euros, it's decent value, but the beef lacked some flavor. I personally prefer the richer flavor of grain-fed beef. Also, the rareness wasn't something I was used to; medium might be more to my taste. The salad was good, and the cappuccino was quite good.

The cuisine is a triumph of flavors and tradition: the lasagna, made with dough rolled by hand in Rita's kitchen, is a poem of flavor and delicacy; the Florentine steak is cooked to perfection, juicy and fragrant; the desserts are a fitting conclusion to a memorable experience. For dessert, I recommend the fragrant sfogliatina with berries, a simple yet irresistible dessert, and the warm cantucci with vin santo, which offer an embrace of authentic Tuscan flavors. Highly recommended 😍🤗 A place where you can feel passion, professionalism, and a love for good food. Run by a charming mother-and-daughter team, it offers exclusively fish dishes prepared with remarkable skill and creativity – truly at Michelin-star level. The warm hospitality, stylish atmosphere, and outstanding cuisine made our evening unforgettable. A hidden gem in Cavriglia that every visitor to the region should experience!

29/09/2025: A family-run inn with just a few tables, located in the Sala district of Caserta. The food is excellent, and the chef is talented. The appetizers are varied and high-quality, as are the first, second, and desserts. I recommend it because the food is both good and affordable. There's no à la carte menu; the chef decides. You must reserve a table to choose between seafood or meat, and the chef, based on the fresh produce he finds there, cooks delicious dishes. I highly recommend it.

19/10/2025: A pleasant lunch can still be ruined by the threatening and extortionate behavior of the "illegal parking attendant" (5 euros per car) outside the restaurant. The staff probably washes their hands of this situation, but professionalism and "courage" can also be seen in their customer support in such circumstances. "We want a better world" my ass. Reply to @Abraxas's comment, since no further comments are allowed: Somehow there was confusion in the restaurant. "We want a better world" is just a personal observation, and I could easily demonstrate that I was your customer yesterday at lunch. The family member you mentioned was in the middle of the exit, almost blocking the way. My friend gave ten euros, having no coins and obviously expecting change. The infamous family member replied, "Okay, 5 per car," and walked away, turning her back. Obviously, in addition to berating my idiot friend for not having responded, I immediately called the place (I had already left and asked him to leave a contribution for my car as well), but unfortunately, it wasn't possible to get clarification because he referred me to the website. I'll definitely be back, but I'll personally address this inconvenience. The fact remains that FREE parking and voluntary contributions are an oxymoron!

19/10/2025: A great experience for meat lovers! Friendly and attentive staff, quick but attentive service. Excellent wine selection and a welcoming atmosphere. Prices are in line with the quality.

23/10/2025: The restaurant is located in a prestigious historical setting, one of Turin's most beautiful squares. It's welcoming, clean, and tidy. The service is consistently prompt, the food is well-prepared, beautifully plated, and of good quality, and the price is fair.
