29/03/2025: As soon as I entered I noticed the uniqueness of the place and without wanting to I exclaimed: wow! This spontaneous positive manifestation of mine accompanied me throughout the culinary journey. The quality of the products that made up the dishes I chose were exceptional, but the meticulous narration (I think by the owner) on the origin of the products, the cooking, the combinations, led me to a journey that I have rarely had the fortune of experiencing. I conclude by saying that convivial dinners or lunches do not make you reach these emotions for factors that go beyond the restaurateur. I will repeat this experience because I am sure that the next ones will reserve other emotions for me. All this without neglecting the pleasure that comes from sitting at the table with friends. In this period, where doing business is complicated, I found an entrepreneur who has in his "recipe book" the passion for his work. This feeling is contagious. Osteria della Brughiera: WOW!!!

Academy of culinary culture, where there is no paper menu, there are no elements that make up a dish, the restaurateur recites what she has prepared that day: they are always the same things. They are only brought for show, nothing concrete, I woke up empty in every sense of my pocket and stomach. Not recommended!

27/04/2025: Restaurant located in the Salento hinterland capable of stimulating gustatory emotions. A series of dishes masterfully crafted with excellent cooking techniques. An experience certainly worth repeating, because we were truly entranced by Simone's cuisine.

26/04/2025: Il ristorante Syrah è sempre una garanzia e ogni volta ci stupisce con nuovi sapori e sempre gustosi. Le parole ricorrenti durante la cena/pranzo sono "wow", "gustoso" ecc. Il mio piatto preferito è il couscous, vado di proposito perché so che è il migliore nella provincia di Trapani. Questa volta abbiamo anche provato i medaglioni al nero, e arancino di cous cous al nero. Tutto consigliatissimo. La location accogliente così come il servizio rendono l'esperienza indimenticabile. 24/04/2025: Locale raffinato, cibo con ingredienti di ottima qualità, delizia per palati raffinati. Abbiamo preso cous cous di pesce, busiate con pesce spada, melanzane e menta, ravioli ripieni con bottarga e pesce spada agli agrumi. Per la bambina pasta sl pomodoro, pure quella buonissima. Servizio cortese e veloce, buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci ritorneremo.

23/04/2025: We were on holiday in Ischia and walking we found this restaurant with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. What can I say, from the appetizer to the dessert everything was excellent, welcoming, kind and professional staff. We will definitely return, highly recommended

25/01/2025: Era già di alto livello qualche anno fa, ma ora è quasi la perfezione; si deve ascoltare la spiegazione dei piatti, per capire la qualità dei prodotti, nessun alimento è lasciato al caso: la verdura di stagione, i primi eccezionali, la carne o il pesce di alta qualità (significa senza "additivi"... che è rarissimo nei cibi), formaggi e salumi ricercati, tutto del territorio e sapientemente cucinato; c'è tantissimo lavoro dietro e sicuramente tanto amore e rispetto per il cliente. Il mio preferito.

Sara is very kind, Enrico is passionate about his work (and you can feel it), everyone is nice! And now the food...WHAT I TELL YOU TO DO! One of the places where we ate best (and we visited).
