02/06/2025: The best welcome. Ingredients at km 0 and of excellent quality: there was not a single dish that was not tasty and not heavy on the stomach. Quality-price, therefore, of the most balanced (25-30 € per person if you take a first and a second course). Sore points: wifi not working, chairs personally uncomfortable, owner very nice and very educated but who, at times, seemed like a skilled salesman.

13/06/2025: Typical regional cuisine discovered by chance and expertly prepared by the hands of Mrs. Teresa, an exemplary cook and mother. Simple but typical place, not suitable for hippies. You eat what she collects daily in the garden or buys at the local market, so every day is a surprise. I don't see them going back, compliments and thanks everything excellent ❤️

08/06/2025: First time being in the area.. there were 12 of us.. the lady gave everyone a hard time... unusual environment... objects in the room of the most disparate species... it can't be described... food prepared on the spot... good quality... taste is personal... when you are in the area send us back... value for money... you can do less... however there is a lot of variety...

08/06/2025: An excellent restaurant with an incredible setting. We were lucky enough to eat there for lunch with just the two of us on the terrace, and it was by far our best experience of our vacation in terms of taste and setting!! This panoramic terrace is out of a dream of the Italian countryside with its view of the vineyards and the sea. If I had only one recommendation to make between Naples, Ischia and Procida I would recommend this restaurant.

03/06/2025: I went to this restaurant on the recommendation of locals who said I would eat excellent meat. Honestly, I found it good but not excellent, and to have a Florentine roast I waited 50 minutes. Unacceptable times considering there were very few people at the tables.

01/07/2025: Today I went to lunch with 2 of my friends, we tasted an excellent appetizer and a good first course with typical local products. Michele and Rosmary were professional, courteous and quick in their service, they highly recommend it.

21/06/2025: This is by far the best restaurant I've seen in Sardinia so far! Suitable for meat eaters and vegetarians. The food is so damn delicious. Unlike the restaurants in downtown Pula, the staff are good, they approach you directly, offer you a table even without a reservation, and are always friendly. They all speak very good English, and you can pay by card. The ambiance is very nice. Plants, palm trees, and grass everywhere. It's a shame I didn't go there much earlier; unfortunately, I only have two days left in Sardinia! Prices are completely reasonable. 100/10

22/06/2025: Restaurant discovered thanks to the reviews online. Very kind staff and neat location ... so far so good but with the arrival of the dishes, the story changed .. fish not fresh and first courses completely tasteless .. I was afraid I might feel sick! To make matters worse was the bill .. exorbitant for the quality. Not to be returned.

02/06/2025: Frequentiamo la Trattoria Del Bivio da quasi 20 anni e ogni volta è sempre una piacevole sorpresa. La cucina di Massimo è incredibile, i suoi piatti non deludono mai, la grande attenzione nella scelta delle materie prime, la tecnica e lo lo studio dietro ogni piatto, portano la clientela in un viaggio gourmet stellare. Nonostante il menù raffinato e l'ambiente elegante, Selia, la proprietaria, ti fa sentire come a casa, guidandoti in questa incredibile avventura enogastronomica, con sapienza e professionalità. Dopo la cena abbiamo pernottato in una bella stanza in stile Langa con una fantastica vista sulle colline, di fronte alla piscina interna riscaldata. Abbiamo concluso questo fantastico weekend con una lauta colazione interamente preparata dalla cucina esaltando prodotti del territorio, come la crema di nocciole, pane e brioches di loro produzione, uova strapazzate e ogni ben di Dio si possa immaginare. Consiglio a chiunque di provare quest'esperienza. Noi come sempre torneremo! Grazie di cuore Selia e Massimo!

11/05/2025: Vedendo le recensioni e le foto invitanti abbiamo deciso di venire qui e di passar la notte in una delle splendide camere per goderci la cena degustando un buon vino senza pensieri di dover guidare poi.. Il ristorante offre una selezione di piatti molto ricercata e l'esperienza e la cordialità della proprietaria fanno da cornice alla serata.. Gentilissima dall accoglienza ai saluti finali.. assolutamente consigliato sia come ristorante che per soggiornarvi..

30/05/2025: Excellent cuisine, charming setting inside a semi-covered courtyard. Monica a truly unique and professional host. She personally made herself available to best organize a large dinner with attention to the little birthday girl. Congratulations because finding hospitality like this is not for everyone.
