Upon entering this restaurant, you immediately realize you're in a classy place. Describing the universe of Osmosi without slipping into the banal is a challenge to the senses: here, the experience isn't limited to the plate, but transforms into a constant stimulation where the boundary between food and the senses becomes wonderfully subtle. This is thanks to the magnetic talent of chef Debora Costantini, a figure capable of infusing her creations with a fascinating enigma that enchants as much as the flavor itself. The experience is completed in the glass, where expert knowledge of wine meets attentive, yet never intrusive, listening attentively, creating a perfect harmony between knowledge and personal pleasure. 18/03/2026: Kudos to the guys who work there! Delicious pizzas and a wide selection, and they're quickly refilled if they run out, giving everyone a chance to try them. Kudos to the guys for their endless patience, especially when dealing with a Saturday dinner rush with certain types of customers. The place is small inside, and you can't always find a table outside, but you can order takeout and eat it sitting in Piazzetta Santa Chiara or at a table. I highly recommend it, especially for the quality/price ratio, which, considering it's in the historic center, isn't bad at all—in fact, quite the opposite. The pizza with honey-marinated potatoes is definitely a must-try!

06/01/2026: The wait was a bit long, but it was well worth it. We tried bigoli with sardines, bigoli with lake fish, and more. Everything was very good, and the portions were generous. Some dishes and desserts were imaginatively presented. The atmosphere was pleasant, both inside and out. The service was perfect.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for the holidays, with attentive and consistently friendly service. The Christmas menu was meticulously crafted: traditional dishes prepared with quality ingredients, authentic flavors, and generous portions. Every course was a pleasant surprise, from appetizer to dessert. The quality-price ratio was also excellent. A Christmas lunch that made us feel right at home, but with something extra. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

Friendly and professional staff, quick service, excellent product quality, and beautifully presented dishes. The restaurant is spotless... The prices are fair, and the owner and her staff are the icing on the cake. Oh, and the desserts are exceptional.

03/02/2026: Even though you have to travel a bit to get to the restaurant, it's definitely worth it. Impeccable service: fast, friendly, helpful, and above all, very professional. The restaurant is modern yet classic, yet very welcoming. Excellent food, from the appetizers to the pizzas, the arrosticini, the tagliata, and the desserts, which are truly excellent. Overall, remarkable value for money. I'll conclude by saying that I've been here several times and they've never disappointed me. A wonderful place, keep up the good work!
