10/06/2024: Location incantevole , confortevole , dove regna un'eleganza “discreta”( oserei dire sabauda ) , che permette di sentirsi a proprio agio. Educata e calorosa l’accoglienza , di buon livello il servizio. Di ottima qualità e fattura i piatti ( eccellenti i plin tradizionali e gli gnocchi alla salsiccia di Bra ) , succulento e memorabile il cervo alla brace con i frutti di bosco. Carta dei vini interessante , dove i prodotti regionali fanno da padroni. Più che corretto rapporto qualità prezzo. Anche i miei commensali / amici sono stati molto soddisfatti. Noi torneremo , consigliatissimo.

25/08/2024: Wonderful small and well-maintained restaurant with a fantastic wine list/bible. Beautiful food and a peaceful ambiance. The setting with all kinds of beautiful wines and enthusiastic staff. You have a good view of the open kitchen where beautiful dishes are conjured up.

12/08/2024: What an experience! It was an extraordinary dinner, worthy of a Michelin address. The dining room is very beautiful, intimate, and impeccably clean. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with complimentary appetizers, a theme that continued throughout the evening with the many “gifts from the house.” We were welcomed with glasses of champagne, and throughout the evening we received surprise digestives and appetizers. The staff is the most attentive I have ever encountered in a restaurant of this caliber. Special mention to the sommelier, who was very attentive, patient, gentle and incredibly kind. His recommendations were perfect, introducing us to the wines of the region and Italy. The truffle tasting menu was delicious, although the portions were small as you would expect in this type of fine dining restaurant. For the quality and price, it is an exceptional address where you are sure to eat well.

Dai piatti di pesce freschissimo alla cordialità del personale, ogni dettaglio trasuda amore per la cucina e per il territorio. 13/08/2024: This is the third time I've been to this restaurant. The food is refined, the environment warm (not due to the temperature...) and welcoming. Welcoming and always available staff. This year we ate tagliolini with king lobster (price for 2 people €45): a delicacy. Prices lower than average: at least in Romagna. Last time we ate the marinara risotto and the octopus tentacles on potato puree: both very good. The only flaw: they don't have all the cutlery for fish but, given the quality, you can ignore it and get your hands a little more "dirty". Highly recommended. We will return without a doubt.

01/09/2024: I celebrated my 18th birthday here. The location is truly fantastic, especially the area near the swimming pool. Dinner was also very good and lived up to my expectations.

29/08/2024: Structure located in a quiet location, it has 8 rooms, breakfast room, restaurant, swimming pool and various relaxation areas. Our very comfortable room, with private terrace and well furnished. The service provided by the girls we met was impeccable, very friendly, precise and attentive to every customer need.

03/08/2024: Great restaurant in a lovely location in the center of Merano. Pizza and pasta were really delicious. Service friendly, fast and attentive. Two special requests for pizza and desert were taken into account and even implemented in a very visually appealing way. We felt very comfortable and would come back at any time. If possible, you should reserve well in advance.
