04/12/2025: I ate at this restaurant many, many years ago. I feared it had lost its authenticity in the meantime, but surprise, it's remained the same! I'm giving it five stars because I like it a lot, but there's a problem: to reserve, you have to call in the morning during a fairly tight time slot, so it's not exactly easy. We also ended up in the room downstairs, where the kitchen is also located, and that's fine, I don't mind, but the table was really uncomfortable. All this doesn't change my mind about the 5 stars, because for me, this type of place represents the ideal. The fried cod was world-class: It's not everyone's job to know how to choose the right piece and how to fry it while keeping it light. A dish accompanied by a perfect escarole dish. Very reasonable prices. A super family-friendly atmosphere.

08/11/2025: In this case, there's really little to say...the dishes speak for themselves! The Mazzara red prawns are on another level! Just the right amount, top quality! The staff is friendly and welcoming, just like the owners! Everyone is kind and helpful! A wide selection of wines! We'll definitely be back! The price is very fair for the quality and quantity of the dishes. The Biffy seafood appetizer is delicious, and the lobster linguine is delicious! Thanks again for the wonderful lunch!

09/11/2025: Everything was very good; we tried the pizza and the fried pasta with panelle. The staff was friendly and cheerful. Service was quick. They're only open in the evenings.

01/11/2025: You need reservations. We arrived 30 minutes after opening to an empty restaurant. After another half an hour, the place was full. The ambiance was Great- it was like watching a family reunion with all of the locals out enjoying a Friday night. The service was excellent! I had the Stuffed Calamari which was very tasty, but I prefer the simple Calamari al Forno. The Spaghetti Vongole was full of Clams and tasty. Salads were good and as expected. Steak was ok- a little chewy, but the Roasted Potatoes, as simple as they were- absolutely delicious! A great experience!

04/12/2025: The first restaurant that caught my eye on Google opened at 12, just in time for my arrival in Lecco. From the outside, you'll walk right past and miss it. Inside, you'll be greeted by a procession of people. It would be good to have reservations. I managed to get the last table and I was there at 7:00 noon. Most of them are locals, which speaks for itself; the atmosphere is truly family-friendly. The decor is reminiscent of communist Poland 😁 but that's nothing; the food is great, the service is amazing. I felt like there were more staff than tables; the table service is impressive, making my mouth water. But to make it not so sweet and beautiful, the "Dolci" menu doesn't compare to the savory options, but you can't have everything. You'll have to come back for a late-night meal for something more substantial. The prices aren't bad: lasagna €12, semifreddo €5, and coperto €2 🙂

03/12/2025: Excellent boiled meats. Excellent desserts. We're in the third generation. Maybe the location needs updating. But... it's still good. After a year, tripe, potatoes, and Spanish white beans, lunch at noon, delicious.

03/12/2025: A sublime dinner in Naples' Spanish Quarter! For various reasons, we found ourselves passing by this little place several times, and it always caught our eye; we didn't want to leave without trying it. We were even lucky enough to dine at a table on the "fake balcony" overlooking the alley. The staff was truly kind and attentive. The only detail we recommend fixing is the wine list, because that crumpled white paper wrapped in plastic really clashes with the setting of the place, which is truly a gem. Thank you, Naples

03/12/2025: The restaurant is not overly large but is welcoming and hospitable. The cuisine is truly authentic and appreciable, from the homemade starters to the mixed starters. I will gladly return, even with my family.
