28/08/2025: We had mussels, but unfortunately they weren't the best, even though the sauce was truly delicious. Then we had paccheri alla carbonara di pesce and a seafood salad. The paccheri were tasty at first, but as we ate more and more, they became a bit heavy. The seafood salad, on the other hand, was truly excellent. Overall, it was a pleasant meal!

24/08/2025: First time at this restaurant. Wonderful welcome. Courteous and very knowledgeable staff. The seafood lunch was excellent. We were served promptly despite the restaurant being full. The organization was perfect. The dishes were delicious and plentiful (fairly priced). Special praise to the waiter Luca, who was able to thoroughly and expertly explain the composition of the various dishes, allowing us to make a perfect choice. The location is beautiful, right on the seafront. Thank you for being there. Keep up the good work!

27/08/2025: Il termine Osteria forse ci sta un po' stretto.. quello di cui vi sto per parlare è una vera delizia del palato!! Arrivare a Le Servite significa immergersi in un altro ambiente, rurale e accogliente, ricreato prima di tutto dal verde dei vigneti che circondano il grande casolare. Ci si arriva in auto, dato che si trova nella zona industriale di Riva (forse l'unica pecca del posto.. ma una volta entrati non si nota per nulla).Data la splendida serata, abbiamo cenato nel giardino all'aperto (il locale comunque è molto bello anche all'interno, vedere per credere). E qui comincia la parte migliore.. il cibo!Abbiamo iniziato con una gran varietà di antipasti, tra cui un'apprezzatissimo salmerino (pesce di fiume) salmistrato e uno marinato, soufflè di finferli, carne salada e verdure. Come piatto principale, dato che eravamo già sazi, ci siamo limitati a un buonissimo salmerino (sì, di nuovo lui, specialità del posto) alla brace. Dulcis in fundo, tris di dessert tra cui un buonissimo tortino.

04/09/2025: It was our anniversary dinner, and we couldn't have made a better choice. Refined and original dishes show the chef's creativity and passion for his work. His delicious dishes even made my husband, who never eats fish, appreciate fish! The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, and the staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. Excellent value for money. We'll be back.

19/08/2025: It's best to book in advance because it's very busy. The staff and manager are very welcoming. They are multilingual, making communication very easy. The setting is modern, elegant, and very clean, with very original and delicious pasta recipes. We recommend it.

12/08/2025: Really good value for money! No long wait for the food despite the busy schedule! The food was very good! (We had pizza) You can get a table before 7:00 PM, after that, a reservation is recommended, otherwise you'll have to wait a bit longer! A limoncello shot after dinner is also included!

28/08/2025: After visiting the Greek temples in Agrigento, I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. A truly luxurious restaurant in the middle of the countryside. It was possibly the best meal of my entire stay in Sicily. A true delight; everything we ordered was delicious. Without a doubt, I had one of the best pastas with tomato sauce I've ever eaten here—a spectacle. The waiters were professionals who treated us like royalty (shout out to my Venezuelan friend, he's outstanding). A must-see.

27/08/2025: Wow! What can I say about this magnificent place... first of all it definitely deserves the 5⭐️ We stumbled upon it by chance and what a discovery! The food pairings are perfectly chosen, the waiters are extraordinary, from the welcome to the departure. And of course the view is just magnificent. We will be back!

Emotions of the soul were enhanced by the smiles, kindness, and infinite sweetness of the wonderful Francesca, a wonderful woman who, punctually, along with the phenomenal Chef, an expert mushroom hunter and phenomenal cook, approached the table to interact with my wife and me. Wonderful smiles and an immense heart. Their service is characterized by an above-average level of preparation, professionalism, kindness, courtesy, friendliness, and absolute precision. Together, they bring infinite joy to those who know how to appreciate the sweetness and refinement of the soul. A continuous flow of flavors and emotions that begins with the consistency of the ingredients used and then culminates in the perfection of the evolution at the first bite. Two elements predominate: the preparation technique and the raw materials of excellent quality. This quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavors. The ingredients are crucial in enhancing the flavors, which, in the mouth, appear clean and full-bodied, yet delicate and persistent. Cucine e Pensieri is a place where time stands still and everything becomes a dream come true. The quality of the products is among the best you'll find in the area. But... there's one thing that stands out above all else: the meat with mushrooms and truffles. Someone said it was scrumptious... I completely agree! 28/08/2025: We were seated immediately and given water, but that was the only positive part of the experience. We then waited over 20 minutes before anyone came to our table. When someone finally arrived, there was no welcome, no explanation of the menu—just a curt “give us your order.” We asked about drinks and were told the sommelier would come by, but after another 15 minutes no one ever showed up. At that point, we gave up. In total, we sat from 8:45 to 9:20 and had nothing but water. Meanwhile, every other table seemed to have 3–4 staff attending to them, which made us feel completely ignored and unwelcome. When we explained we were leaving, the response was dismissive and full of attitude. We’ve dined at multiple Michelin-starred restaurants across Italy, and the service has been outstanding everywhere else. Here, it was the worst experience of our trip. Honestly, the pizza place across the street that we settled on was far more welcoming and ultimately enjoyable.

28/08/2025: From the moment we arrived, the experience was confusing and unwelcoming. The restaurant doors were locked with no instructions on how to enter, and there was nobody at the reception area to greet us. We were seated right away once we got inside and given water, but oddly, it was placed on a side table out of reach, leaving us to get up and refill our own glasses since nobody came back to do it for us. After that, we sat for more than 20 minutes without anyone approaching us. I tried to make eye contact several times and couldn’t even meet eyes with a single employee. When a server finally did come over, there was no warmth or hospitality, just a blunt “give us your order.” We asked about drinks and were told they take your food order first at this restaurant, which was weird considering the table next to us had wine and food menus when we sat down. We were told by the server that a sommelier would come by after placing the food order, but no one ever did. Instead, another staff member dropped off a few breadsticks after 30+ minutes with no drinks or food, with no acknowledgment of the missing drink order, curtly told me to move my menu out of his way. I explained it was still there because I hadn’t been able to order a drink, but he couldn’t have cared less. The entire interaction felt dismissive and rude. All the while, other tables had multiple staff members hovering over them, making the lack of attention to us even more glaring. When we finally decided to leave, the staff’s response was apathetic at best, and again, delivered with attitude. We’ve visited several Michelin restaurants across Italy, and the service has always been extraordinary. This, however, was the worst dining experience of our trip. For a restaurant with such a reputation, the indifference and rudeness were shocking. In the end, the casual pizza place across the street treated us far better and was infinitely more enjoyable.

20/08/2025: On our way back from the beach in the middle of the afternoon, we stopped for coffee and ice cream, and only the bar area at the front was open, but the owner allowed us to sit in the dining room with the magnificent view 😍 Very beautiful decor and friendly staff.

02/09/2025: Fantastic food and wine, very friendly and attentive service, cosy ambience (I recommend a table inside!). Although we were already pretty full after Antipasti and Primi, we couldn't stand trying out Secondi, which was equally great. Finishing the evening with a recommended glass of yellow grappa was a fine ending of a great supper
