27/08/2025: Very nice. I'd been to this place years ago, when they opened, and I found another location next door. Photos of this experience? Unfortunately, no...we left for the ravioli in Ternano, in Valbrevenna. Considering the line, we'd have dinner at 10 p.m., so, super hungry, we headed to where I'd been several years ago. There's a wide selection of pinsas, platters, first and second courses, including grilled ones, and of course, excellent beer. I chose the traditional pinsa, a light dough, excellent tomato and mozzarella, with a glass of Nebbiolo delle Langhe Alte Rocche Bianche, and I can assure you, the wines are also excellent.

10/10/2025: The best ravioli with tomato sauce in Italy! Meals made with garden produce. The lemon sorbet with locally produced amaro is irresistible! A stop at this restaurant is a must on this mountain road if you're passing through Gargano.

01/10/2025: Rintocco is exactly what you're looking for as a vacationer in Tuscany: authentic food, super friendly owners and waiters, local drinks, and great value for money. A clear recommendation: the pizza and the beef fillet are particularly delicious. The beef fillet cost €18 and was a relatively large piece and very good. Reserve in advance!

22/09/2025: Hands down some of the best food we have had in Italy and some of the best pizza we’ve EVER had. Wonderful owners and staff. Great location. Beautiful town. Honestly, that food was insane. We are coming back tomorrow. I can’t leave Italy without more of everything I ate. And more. Absolutely charming.

25/09/2025: This restaurant might be a little hard to find, but it's worth it! It has a wonderful, quiet atmosphere, with a stunning view and a terrace. It's like stepping into a small medieval tavern. The local dishes are wonderfully prepared. Everything we tried was professionally prepared and delicious. The chef did a fantastic job! If you're looking for somewhere to eat but want to do it before the other restaurants open, this is the place for you! You won't regret it! The restaurant is easy to find by following the signs from the main road. It's also in a beautiful, welcoming location.

11/10/2025: If you are in this area, I highly recommend this family run restaurant. From the grandmother outside to welcome you, the son who runs the restaurant, the mother, who is the chef, the waiter and Uncle(or friend, not quite sure) Mateo, this place is the vibe of small towns that make Italy truly special. If you are in a hurry, don't go. They make everything to order, it's not fast food. But, it is worth the wait. I had a linguine with shrimp and lemon and my partner had the "New" pizza. She said it's the best pizza she has ever had! My pasta was so flavorful with just the right amount of lemon. I ate the entire dish! And the portions are generous so, it was a lot. We had a wonderful time with Mateo and really enjoyed talking to him. It made the experience that much more special. Thank you for an amazing meal and time.

16/09/2025: A relaxed atmosphere and exceptional dishes. Ravioli with amberjack ragù, impeccable service, and the flavors are evidently all fresh and freshly cooked. Truly, congratulations!

08/09/2025: Amidst the beautiful alleys of Lecce's historic center, just steps from Porta Napoli, we had an interesting culinary experience at "Locanda del Ballerino." The interiors, in Lecce stone, are very charming, with a touch of modern design that never hurts. The dishes are classic Salento dishes, some of which have been reinterpreted with a modern twist by the chef. The portions are generous and a true pleasure. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The service could be improved in some areas: for example, we're not crazy about paper napkins, which we find impractical as they tend to spoil quickly. Additionally, we think they should always be served, without having to ask for them every time. They would certainly be appreciated. Good value for money. We recommend it!

01/11/2025: A very intimate place where we celebrated a family event. Attention to detail, the combination of flavors and foods chosen, even in terms of color. Praise goes to the suckling pig for its flavor, tenderness, and presentation. The mini sorbet paired with the mini sporcamuss served piping hot were a real surprise. Well done!

25/10/2025: It's been a while since we've been to Caroseno. What can I say? It's even better, if that's even possible. Quality ingredients from appetizers to main courses. Everything is perfectly cooked with flair but without ever abandoning tradition. Excellent chef. Luciano and Mina at the tables exude courtesy and expertise. Excellent, in fact, very excellent.

28/09/2025: A popular restaurant even outside the region, it's essential to book in advance. Despite a short wait for a table, the quality and quantity of the food are worth it. The famous carbonara is worth the trip. Definitely good value. We'll be back.

28/09/2025: We had dinner last night at this truly elegant, quiet, and charming restaurant, steeped in history. Numerous documents and signatures of various actors and famous people who have graced this historic venue. The staff were exquisite, kind, and had old-fashioned manners. Absolutely delightful. The restaurant was quiet, and the food was excellent. We had two starters: gnocchi and pheasant-filled ravioli. A true spectacle. Their chocolate cake was also excellent. We highly recommend it. Well done 👏
