05/09/2025: Excellent culinary experience in the heart of Garbatella, definitely worth trying and returning to.

03/09/2025: The best restaurant in Garbatella, hands down, for product quality and value. Excellent seafood and consistently friendly service. Perfect for events, too. I personally organized my daughter's baptism and my mother's 60th birthday, both of which were a complete success. The takeout service is also excellent.

15/08/2025: Angela, Vanni, Giovanna, and Claudio, we had lunch there midday on August 15th, and it was a wonderful discovery! The food was excellent, plentiful, and the staff were especially kind and helpful. We'll be back often because everything is simple yet delicious. Thank you, staff, you're amazing!

13/06/2025: Sono venuto diverse volte a mangiare il branzino ed è il migliore che io abbia mai mangiato, inoltre il personale e il gestore sono gentili. Ho anche mangiato un dolce al cioccolato, anche quello davvero superbo!

06/09/2025: Move on. First, the waitresses judge you if you have the misfortune to remove the meat from a dish in a restaurant that claims to be vegan. Second, the dishes are not finished; the pizza bases are good, but the toppings are terrible. An extra buffalo cheese will simply be cheese grated on your dish. Furthermore, they order the wrong ones and don't even apologize for their incompetence. Finally, the chocolate mousse is just a sour cream that tastes like anything but chocolate. We were very respectful, so this service is not acceptable.

06/09/2025: We went once and it was nice. However, the second time we went, it was awful. First, it took ages for our orders to be taken and to arrive, and the waitress JUDGED us when we asked for something to be taken off the pizza. The pizza dough is nice but the rest didn’t follow and wasn’t great. The lasagna was also not great. Not to mention the waitress who did not flash a single smile.

20/08/2025: As a persian traveller in Italy, I am in amaze! The ambiente was perfect and the food was super delicious, I can tell it's even better than all the persian restaurants I've tried so far. The staff is so kind and they also explain with much patience how to taste the food in the persian way :). You can see the efforts put in the food and the decoration too to make a homely warm and traditional atmosphere. I highly recommend it!!

21/08/2025: It was a pleasant experience. My partner and I went for dinner, choosing the à la carte menu. Everything was delicious, the Angus carpaccio delicious. The gluten-free options were also a great discovery, everything excellent! I chose the ricotta ravioli. The staff were very kind and welcoming. I hope to stop by again someday. The place is very cute, and the wine list is beautiful. My only suggestion is to dust them more often, as some dust is visible.

01/08/2025: The textures and flavors of the dishes offered explode in the mouth. The essential and exceptionally elegant presentation is harmonious and never overlooked. There is undoubtedly passion and mastery in the kitchen. The alchemy of flavors generated by the various flavor combinations reaches the palate of those who savor them with determination. Nothing in this restaurant is left to chance.

06/08/2025: Recommended by the host where I'm staying, I have to say the welcome is truly warm, it feels like you've been there before, and that's a great feeling. Plus, the pasta dishes and pizzas we had were really good. I recommend it if you're ever in the area.

02/08/2025: Delicious food and attentive service. We were spontaneously given a seat in the garden, which is very inviting. A tip from our landlady during our stay in Verona, off the beaten track.

03/08/2025: Beautiful place with a breathtaking view, I was there for a wedding on August 1, 2025, Perso Ale was super welcoming and available for any need. We started by settling in outside for the buffet and then went inside into the air-conditioned room and began the actual lunch. Ample parking outside so you don't have to worry about looking for it. The atmosphere is beautiful in the evening with all the lights on, especially in the pool area, which creates a truly beautiful situation. I highly recommend it for the ease of arrival, the food, the welcome, and above all, the location. I really hope to return soon.

07/09/2025: Best dinner on our Italy trip, and possibly our best dinner experience…ever! Make sure you try this place when in Torino. The food is second to none - elevated traditional Piedmontese food (with a homely feel and generous portions). Waiter was incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgable and helpful in pairing wine . And to top it off, you can choose to sit outside in one of the best local Torino gardens in summer, overlooking a fountain (and away from tourist squares)! If we are ever in Torino again, we will return (highly recommend the sea bass, veal cheek and gnocchi!! All exceptional). We were enjoying the food too much for food pics, but here is the view of the outdoor seating:-))

27/08/2025: Just a superb dinner in Tuscany. The best we had in Italy. Beautiful setting too (we sat on the outdoor patio). The food was incredible. Highly recommend the pomodoro, pici all'aglione, tagliata and tiramisu. All fantastic. Can’t recommend enough!

24/08/2025: We ate their charcuterie and chicken liver mousse, ended up getting food poisoning…

16/08/2025: The food is unappetizing, and the wait is incredibly long. There's only one waiter for all the tables. We waited over half an hour for water, and then we were told they were "out of carbonara." Overall, the management is a disaster. The waiters are very nice, but it's clear the restaurant isn't keeping up with the times. The portions are small; in other restaurants, for this price, you can get a tasty dish that's actually filling. The seafood carbonara is pasta with literally two pieces of tuna and salmon; there's no seafood in it. The spaghetti casserole e pepe (instead of carbonara) tastes like a béchamel sauce with pepper. I've had better in country restaurants. The seafood platter was relatively tasty, although not outstanding. It's not what you expect from an Italian restaurant; the overall experience was disappointing.

15/08/2025: It's a spectacular restaurant, and the food was delicious! We went as a group, and they treated us wonderfully. They kindly showed us around the wine cellar. If I ever go back to Siena, I'll be delighted to return to Casato.
