19/01/2025: Ottimo Ristorante, servizio molto cortese e pietanze sapientemente cucinate, i sapori veri che ti aspetti in Toscana e che qui trovi tutti. Fusilli di farro al pesto di erbette del luogo e risotto ai funghi, faraona e maialino, crostone toscano, dolce del soldato, lasciano tutti sapori intensi e delicati insieme. 16/04/2025: Trovarsi in giro per Deruta non c'è molta scelta di ristoranti in centro. Ci siamo fidati dall'istinto e fortunatamente ci è venuto in mente di prenotare, altrimenti... Appena entrati (in 8) ci è stato assegnato un tavolo troppo piccolo che non ci permetteva nemmeno di muoverci. Prontamente ci hanno cambiato di posto e finalmente ci siamo seduti comodi. Il titolare gentile e veloce ci ha preso subito gli ordini e nonostante abbiamo tutti piatti diversi, nessun problema. Consiglio spezzatino di cinghiale, lasagna, baccalà mantecato. Le verdure grigliate così così. Unico appunto i tozzetti (4) a 6,50 euro forse un troppo cari. Per il resto prezzi adeguati alla qualità del cibo.

01/12/2024: Il castello san marco è quel luogo dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato senza risentire dell’invecchiamento. Grazie alla famiglia Murabito ogni spazio è valorizzato in ogni piccolo particolare. Un luogo dove Charme e lusso si uniscono a professionalità e passione per garantire agli ospiti un’esperienza indimenticabile. I piatti dello chef Giuseppe Bonaccorso richiamano la tradizione siciliana e vengono riproposti con creatività e accostamenti di sapori capaci di soddisfare anche i palati più esigenti. Il sommelier Mario Cutroneo sembra essere un mago degli abbinamenti con vini d’eccezione che si sposano perfettamente al gusto prelibato dei prodotti a km 0 della nostra amata Sicilia. Nulla da invidiare agli stellati! Il saluto finale include la pasticceria mignon tradizionale ed un drink davvero innovativo. “Fantastico” è l’aggettivo perfetto per descrivere un’esperienza dove tutto sembra muoversi al limite tra fantasia e realtà.

29/03/2025: One sunny midday at the end of March we had lunch in this delightful restaurant on the seafront, the environment is tidy, clean, few tables, attentive service, varied menu but we opted for mixed fried food, good, fresh fish accompanied with salads and a quarter of wine, good tiramisu, prices in line, we had a great time and I recommend it.

24/03/2025: Ho letto in rete che questa è una tra le migliori pizzerie d'Italia. Incuriosito mi ci sono recato con mia madre a pranzo. Sono un amante della buona pizza ed è sempre difficile trovare chi la fa bene. Abbiamo ordinato uan diavola ed una margherita con supplemento di pomodoro, una piccola birra ed uno spriz piccolo. Le pizze erano mediocri, sicuramente non tra le migliori d'Italia voglio sperare, e neppure di Trieste; ma l'amara sorpresa è stata il conto: lo spriz, peraltro sbagliato (acqua di rubinetto non frizzante), è costato 4,50€!!! due dita scarse di vino (che ci vuole coraggio a chiamarlo vino) e acqua di rubinetto... MAI PIù!!!

13/04/2025: We were visiting Rome for the occasion of my husband's birthday and I booked the restaurant with a note informing about it. The dinner was good and the service was amazing. They surprised him at the end for his birthday.i would really recommend.

12/04/2025: The food was delicious, the wine list and the sommelier very well updated, but when it comes to booking online, an evening in the beginning of April, it's not guaranteed that the table is inside, so we were a little frozen eating outside, and noticed that other guests had covered themselves with restaurant's blankets!!! Staff very friendly, and the cuisine exquisite.

31/03/2025: Very nice little place right under the Bracciano Castle. The environment has an old flavor but is well cared for. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food is really good and the portions are right. Prices a little high but fair considering the location of the place. Service a little slow. Overall an excellent restaurant with traditional and innovative cuisine.
