I returned several years after my first experience at Lucignolo, and I must say it's a sure thing. The pizzas are delicious, with light and varied doughs (in addition to the traditional one, there's also turmeric and charcoal) and top-quality ingredients. The menu also offers a wide selection, ranging from classic pizzas to slightly more gourmet options. But the surprise was the dessert, truly exquisite. I tried the peach and amaretto semifreddo, which won me over. Fresh and light, yet rich in flavor, and delicately decorated, which never hurts. The service is always excellent, with an attention to detail that's hard to find. Perhaps aware that with the room full, there would be delays in preparing the pizzas, we were brought a bruschetta made with bread made that morning by the pizza chef—a true treat that shows how much the owners care about their customers. I'll be back soon.

The atmosphere is very pleasant: low noise, calm conversations, and tastefully chosen background music that accompanies without being intrusive. The facts say that the pizzas, meats, and desserts are amazing: excellent ingredients and precise cooking. A cuisine that doesn't seek special effects, because it doesn't need them. There are two flaws: the heat and the wait. But these are flaws that, paradoxically, end up being part of the experience: when your dish arrives, you realize the wait is truly worth it. The owner is affable and kind, present without being intrusive. The staff follows the same approach: friendly, attentive, and polite. A place worth a visit, and even a return.

I highly recommend this lovely pizzeria restaurant for its refined, delicious, and authentic food. The desserts are delicious and truly well-made. The location is familiar yet elegant, typical and immersive, just like this wonderful land. The owners are wonderful and welcoming, making you feel right at home. It was worth the 50 km trip. A good pizza restaurant. It's not a huge place, but it's quaint, tidy, and welcoming. The service is good. I had a pizza of the day, which is beautiful to look at and even better. The prices aren't cheap, but they're in line with what they offer. A little over a year later, I returned to this place without any surprise. It confirms what I'd already reviewed about the quality, and it's always a step ahead of the local competition and beyond. Lucignollo offers a lot with the finest ingredients, food, and service. We came here for the first time during a cycling tour of Sardinia. The restaurant was recommended to us by the B&B where we stayed. The pizzas are fantastic, the dough is light and flaky, the ingredients are fresh and authentic. The desserts are another pleasant surprise, all homemade and decorated with fresh fruit. If you're passing through San Gavino, this is a recommended place.
