03/06/2025: I ate at Da Gigi restaurant for convenience - it was right below my hotel, saving a ten-minute walk into the old town. Prices are higher than many other local restaurants but the portions are huge - I couldn’t finish my fritto misto. They provided a doggy box! It was notably busy, with a nice lively ambience. If you like pizza you can create your own toppings. Service was good, there is a lovely lakeside view from the terrace (though it is across the main road so traffic noise can be a spoiler). Especially groups of motorbikes. Nice at sunset. I paid 37 euros for a fritto misto with chips and a half litre of very pleasant house wine - 2 euros cover charge for bread.

07/07/2025: Nice place with open kitchen, nice atmosphere and kind service. We had a veal with tuna sauce for two, served already plated for each: very good. To follow, Tajarin with 36 egg yolks with butter, anchovies, marjoram and lemon bread - delicious and well balanced in flavors - and Anolini stuffed with buffalo braid with dried cherry tomato, basil and confit datterino. Only complaint: the Anolini were a bit poor in filling, the least convincing dish of lunch. With water and coffee we spent €25 each, cover charge included with bread served at the table.

21/06/2025: We went to this restaurant for the first time and we were thrilled! The food is truly excellent: carefully prepared dishes, fresh ingredients and authentic flavours. The service was friendly, attentive and professional from start to finish. But what struck us most of all was the honesty and correctness of the owner. For a simple error in the bill (which we hadn't even noticed), he promptly refunded us the amount we had paid more, apologising with great kindness. An unusual gesture, which shows seriousness and respect towards the customer. Highly recommended!!!

Adequate wine list. Absolutely average price, in fact, for the quality of the food offered I would have gladly paid something more.
